I ordered 2 business shirts from her on a Monday and asked if they could be done by Friday. She…read moresaid yes. So I paid an invoice (that I had already had to countlessly contact her to send) and when Friday came I called and asked if the shirts were ready for pickup. She said "no I threw them away" I asked why? She said "I messed up on them". I said ok did you ever notify me that my shirts were messed up and that they were not going to be finished today? She said "yes I sent an email yesterday" I asked at what time? She said around 8pm.... This lady never sent me an email. I asked her for a screenshot of her contacteing me and had the NERVE to send an AI generated photo. She never emailed me. I knew it was AI generated because the times on the phone and time that we were emailing was different.i also ran the image on 2 ai detection websites. I asked her for a refund and to cancel my order because I was not comfortable doing business with her at all after the miscommunication and literal lying. She said no and hung up on my face. I called her 2 times after that and I think she blocked me because she won't answer. I called on my cousins phone and asked her what was her location and she outright lied and said that he had the wrong number.I did not know that she had nasty reviews on yelp and from now on I am going with reviews on yelp instead of other sources. I try to spend funds with smaller businesses because I know how it is but I guess this time around I wasted my time with this one. This looks very bad on her part. Never again.

Apparently by "televised class" they meant they would be showing us a video not they would be streaming the class online at the same time.... The lady hosting it was 20 minutes late getting here and then sat right behind me printing things most of the class so we had to listen to that rather than the video that was supposed to be playing for us. When I said something to the lady about how I was disappointed that there was nobody actually helping and it was just a video- she said "well it says televised when you signed up and that's what televised means". Totally rude about it.
