Innovate, sharp and highly knowledgeable!! As a first timer to the world of E-commerce I was hard pressed to find the right company; which would not only understand my fears and needs as a novice entrepreneur , but that would be patient enough to walk me through the technological aspect of it . On running a Google search, I came upon iNowWeb. Its high ranking in the Google search certainly caught my attention. I was first attracted to the company's own simple yet attractive web design, and could easily see myself working with them.
I jumped right into explaining to the Technician that I needed my E-commerce site to reflect my own personality, simple yet outstanding and very easy for myself and my customers to navigate. Just when I thought I would be consumed by all the Tech jargon, the technician explained everything in terms that I could relate to; using analogies that made it seem like child's play. I was completely blown away by the very meticulous and systematic way in which business is done in this company. We had a process of Consultation, Needs Assessments, and Drafting and of course my feedback on the final cut. Together we fine tuned every minor detail as we went along. Really!! I felt totally in control of the processes at all times. An experience as a new customer, which I will and can never forget. What else could anyone ask for with a company who is so organized and business savvy? I personally learned invaluable business lessons from them that I now incorporate into my own business.
My online store front was up and running within the next 3 weeks and I was very impressed and ecstatic. So too were my customers seemingly. I received quite a few compliments about the ease of access, the resolution and clarity on the graphics, and the attractiveness of the layout. I myself was thoroughly impressed with the way the Payment methods were seamlessly incorporated into the Accounts /Transactions section. That was my biggest fear. I needed to be able to offer the highest level of security for my customers during their shopping experience. I also noted that this company is big on Encryption, Fraud Detection and prevention measures. Therefore I wholeheartedly would give iNowWeb top marks for their Secured Transaction and overall Security features.
Last, but certainly by no means least, and most importantly, this company has managed to optimize my position in the Wide World's web .I am not sure how they did it, but I am forever grateful. This company has; in one go, given me the critical advertizing boost every and any new business desperately needs. Through iNowWeb, I hit the floor running and with the continued Support maintenance, I am confident that my online business will remain a force to be reckoned with. I cannot thank iNowWeb enough, but I will try. read more
