I've been coming to Dr Law a long time. He is always so professional and covers all aspects of my eyes. All but one employee are new to the office since my last visit. Very kind folks. Cory took a lot of time with my getting new lens and I appreciated his hard work. I do, however, dislike that you can't keep your same frames, have the lens made, and sent to the office to be put in to the frames. That makes it hard if you can't go without your glasses. Dr. Law and each of the staff members at the office are top notch! I have been going here for 2 years, so this was my third annual exam. They are efficient without being rushed. I feel comfortable asking all my questions and answering theirs truthfully (about my bad habits with my contacts, oops). This time I was looking for a more affordable replacement for the contacts I've been getting - and Dr. Law took time to give me multiple options and talk through the science behind different lens types. The eye exam and fitting of my new glasses were great, but the contact lenses that I ordered were delayed and the communication about when I could expect them or pick them up was not made clear to me. At one point I was told that they had come in, so I stopped by to pick them up, but it took the staff a while to search for them before telling me that there must have been a mistake because they were not in yet. I waited a little bit and was contacted again and this time, they were ready. Overall, not bad--the doctor and staff were friendly and helpful. read more

Time for my yearly exam and glasses, time to go back to Dr. Law and company. Whatever band the building has on it (Dyer first, then Innovative, now Eyecare Specialties), this office maintains highly competent, engaging, friendly, and knowledge staff. I've been with Dr Law for about 8 years now, and I have no complaints. From appointment to check-in, exam to exit, the process is smooth and efficient. they got me right in just a few days after I called. the staff was great and very good at communicating throughout the whole process. one of my contact's ripped on Monday morning (new to them so I was not handling them correctly) and I sent a text that morning and they ha me back in the office that afternoon and replaced the broken contact and gave me some tips on proper handling and storing them. very helpful and happy staff. dr law was very personable. highly recommend! read more

Dr. Law and his staff are all AMAZING! They are all so personable and friendly! Very helpful with finding the perfect glasses! My insurance only allows contacts or glasses a year, but I needed both! So they even wrote costs if I used my insurance for my glasses or my contacts and how much I'd owe for the other! I was having trouble seeing out of my right eye and didn't know where to go so we called IVC and the phone receptionist reacted with concern and offered us an appt that morning. The building and interior is just beautiful. The machines are all quality and uptodate. Dr. Law was so kind and knowledgeable. He explained the problem very well. Very happy to be referred here prior to eye surgery. I was referred to Dr. Gelvin, whom I had seen last year and who was responsible for diagnosing shingles in my eye when no one else knew what was wrong.
