The management is basically nonexistent. Their system is broken. No internal communication. People don't know who is doing what. I started my tests there 4 months ago and still waiting for a prescription. read more

As I did further research, I found it was not Innovative Sleep Center who has the problem. They have always been professional. The problem lies with Adapt Health who is handling billing. In the three years that I have a CPAP, I thought at least until recently that they handled their own billing. They don't & billing is done by Adapt Health. They are horrible. I just received a bill for my CPAP supplies from 6 months ago. They claim they have been sending me notices. This is the first time I have ever received a bill. Medicare has always covered cpap supplies. The sleep center is fine for testing & the staff is professional and kind. But before you buy supplies make sure it is not Adapt Health. You can buy supplies on Amazon. read more

They seem like real nice people, professional and accommodating. i am looking forward to sleeping there all night.

I had a great experience! My initial appointment I was met with professional, kind and attentive staff. They were very thorough with my initial paperwork. They were also very on top of making sure to update me with the process for prior approval from my insurance company. The evening of my study, I was very nervous. However, Nathan's humor and kind demeanor made it less stressful. I felt comfortable. The process was easy to go through. I didn't feel like I was there for this scary study. Because lets be honest, anything new can be daunting. But, it went great. I would honestly choose the place to do another one if I needed to. read more

I had a pleasant experience with this sleep center. It has been over a year now and I'm no longer waking up with headaches and bulging eyes from the over 16 times of apnea sleeping occurrences per hour they ascertained during my study. I'm not snoring anymore and that was the main reason for my being referred. The people that work here are very kind and considerate. I just went there today for my annual check-up and as always I felt cared for. The staff seemed genuinely interested in how I am doing. I would recommend this business to anyone who is waking up feeling tired, getting woke up from your own snoring or when you quit breathing and don't realize it... read more

Almost a month without my medication for narcolepsy. This place has really gone downhill. I never had problems until the last 2-3 years. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed of themselves overworking and underpaying their employees. Shame on you! How in the hell do you think that affects the patients? I can't even find an HR department to talk to.. read more

I had a great sleep counselor, I'm guessing that they all are though because the place in general is super friendly. Our imaginations run wild ahead of time not knowing what's ahead for them. I can reassure you that the whole process is painless, and really quite interesting. The "bedrooms" are with amenities such as TV (free Xfinity), adjustable bed, and radio, it's like a nice motel room. I really enjoyed the process, I found it quite illuminating, I learned a lot and I'm now better equipped to deal with my sleep apnea. Right next door is Oly Health where you can get all of your sleep apnea supplies, all those that work there are both really helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I gladly give them a high review, I believe that you will too. read more

WoW!!! I just had the most restful sleep I've had in probably 25 years! Just over a year ago my Surgeon STRONGLY suggested I get a sleep study done..... So I put it of , put it off, put it off.... & finally, at my wife's urging made an appointment with Innovative Sleep Center of Aberdeen, WA. I cannot say enough about their RPSGT. Ben Manu. He was upbeat, positive, friendly and genuine! He took the time to really explain the procedure, pausing often to ask if I had any questions. Can't wait to get this cpap machine!! Thank you Ben, & thank you Innovative sleep centers. ~K. Crovisier read more

Unlike the other local sleep treatment center, who has a months-long waiting list, Innovative Sleep Centers can get you in quickly - like within a couple of weeks. They are thorough and will give you treatment options, not all just related to taking meds. It's a really holistic kind of place. read more

This review will not let me change location. This review is about the Abderdeen, WA location only. If you have sleep apnea, I am sure this is a good center, but this is not my case. My neurologist referred me to ISC b/c of the obvious twitches/jerks/tics I have in my arms/legs/neck/back even when I am awake. He was hoping the sleep center would diagnosis the Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD) I have while sleeping (that I have had since I was a child) and therefore, recommend a treatment. He did not refer me to ISC for sleep apnea which I was sure I did not have, even though I snore. At least they confirmed I do not have apnea. However, the sleep technologist who performed the sleep study claimed to not have observed a single twitch/jerk/tic which is very strange since I had a lot of such movements while awake the night of my study. The seizure-like activity lasted around 3 hours and kept me awake during part of the study, as it often does at home. Obviously, I do not know what occurred while I was sleeping so I cannot dispute if I had sleeping PLMD that night or not, although I have been told by others that I always have it. I tried to explain this to the PA-C the day I went in to get my results, but all my comments fell on deaf ears. The PA-C simply diagnosed me with insomnia and snoring and ignored all my husband and I said in trying to explain the tics I have to deal with. He prescribed melatonin and even claimed it would help the twitches no one managed to see. After doing research on melatonin and twitching, I found "Muscle spasms is found among people who take Melatonin, especially for people who are female, (source: Melatonin and Muscle spasms, a phase IV clinical study of FDA data - eHealthMe I also found this same info on other medical sites as well)! In other words, his RX probably would have made my symptoms worse! Sorry for the long review, but this is all important to help someone else choose another sleep study clinic for accurate results (unless all you need diagnosed is apnea). Or maybe it was just my unobservant technician, I think his name was Nathan and the PA-C, Glenn, who is not familiar with PLMD or whatever it is that is causing the jerks I have when awake. read more

My primary physician referred me to Innovative Sleep Centers in May for a possible sleep apnea assessment. After the initial verbal assessment I scheduled an overnight study to be done on premise on Monday June 5th. I was called on Friday June 2nd.and told they had to reschedule, due to the technician who would be preforming the testing was not certified to bill Medicare. Now I don't claim to understand the process of medical billing, especially Medicare, but I would suspect a high percentage of their patients are Medicare eligible so why wouldn't all of their technicians be already trained in the proper Medicare or any insurance billing procedures before they are seeing any patients? But, I did reschedule to June 14th. My bag was packed. I was all psyched to go. Then the receptionist called, but this time on that day I was to go in with the same issue !!! I said NO I won't reschedule. So she says OK we'll call in a trained technician, I'll just tell my manager, even if she gets upset ! So at first I was OK with that and we hung-up. After I told my husband and I thought about it, I decided no I wasn't going to go and that I didn't even feel comfortable with this company. If they could be this inept at scheduling how good would they be at bigger issues. When I called back to cancel and express my dissatisfaction with the center I spoke to the receptionist who didn't seem that bothered. Her tone of voice was as if I was canceling a pedicure not a serious medical test. It was as if she was use to this being a frequent occurrence. I have never written a review on a business before, but I want to make sure no one ever uses' Innovative Sleep Centers !! read more
