Ric left, prepared me an electronic estimate with all items delineated, I signed the agreement, placed the deposit, and we were off! My mom lives in the home. She is elderly and can be a handful. Ric was able to take care of all of the work and also deal with my mom. My mom loved him! Ric and his team did exceptional work. His level of communication was perfect. He sent text messages with pictures, he prepared estimates and electronic forms for add on work he suggested and I approved. He didn't just ignore things he found; he communicated them to me, empowering me to make an informed decision. His workmanship is off the charts. He is perfect. I interviewed many different contractors and Ric made the best first impression. I honestly feel relieved that I didn't make a mistake and go with anyone else. They're perfect! They didn't look that good when we bought the house 23 years ago, so that was a pleasant surprise!
