That's difficult to do when you can't just do a test run and set up a bazillion tents, chairs, linens, etc. just for practice! Darryl even made an extra trip out to our reception venue just so he could visualize what we wanted better, and direct his crew on how to set it up. The staff was always friendly and helpful in person and via email, and I was never charged with hidden fees I didn't know about. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the price of linen rental. This may be the price that the linen company sets, not TRU, but $15 for linens you can't keep seems crazy to me. I purchased mine for $7 each online, laundered them afterward, and now I'm reselling them to make most of my money back. Buy linens, don't rent them, unless you've got unlimited funds.
