What I needed was someone who could get it sorted out for me as it was way above my pay grade. That someone was Dr. Breckenridge. He was very thorough in his gathering of information for his intake, right back to when I was young, then he proceeded to do a visual inspection, and asked a few more questions. I could see the wheels were turning as it had given him lots to think about. He knew exactly what to do, like he had done it before. He went to work on me and then after that he showed me some great and easy to do stretches and then sent me to the next phase of the treatment, electrotherapy! Its very effective and not at all painful like it sounds. I don't understand what it does or how it works, but I assure you it is effective. I saw results after my first visit. His intention is to get you fixed and set you up to live pain free just to be a support when you need him. The team at Brentwood Chiropractic are top notch, I would recommend them to anyone!

Prices are average as physical therapy goes, but the people who work there really know what they're doing, and are happy to explain the process and techniques to you. The technique also works, if you stick with it, and for many, myself included, diligence is the difficult part. They have a series of roughly eight to ten private rooms, which are used in the massage and electro-therapy sessions (not as painful as it sounds), and serve as a nice touch. The biggest grief for me was the restricted working hours - if I work 9 - 5, how am I supposed to get down here on time? Innovation does tend to be over-worked - typically they have only one or two doctors to cover all the patients, so you can wind up waiting for the doctor to come back during your appointment. Not a fan of that, but I understand. If you need a place to recover after an injury, this is definitely a good way to go!

Brayden was my therapist and helped me improve ALOT we started from 0 and came at at least 8 out of 10 for mobility and pain which is a great achievement. When Brayden was away, the rest of the staff that worked on me knew about my issues and helped me just as much. Front staff was always super nice and great with scheduling. Was never given a time estimate and didn't end up seeing a doctor, but we got to watch other patients come and go while we sat there ignored for the duration. We drove down the street to the Medi-Center (All Well Medical Clinic on the corner by Mill Woods Road) and were in and out in 10 min. It literally took less time for me to drive somewhere else, get the script, and come back to complain (shoppers is next door otherwise I wouldn't have bothered). When I went back to let them know about my experience I asked to speak to "the office manager or whoever is in charge so i could provide feedback". Of the two women behind the counter one could not tell me who was in charge as she had no idea and the other listened to me complain only to say nothing and give no justification for the wait. They could not explain why someone should be expected to wait for over an hour for what was easily a 2-minute written prescription, no consultation needed. Whoever runs this office needs a wake-up call. Unless you have some serious time to kill don't bother with this place. They don't value your time and you have better options nearby. Note: this is not my first time coming here but it will be my last. Each time we've come for prescriptions (puffers, birth control, etc) it's always an 60-90min wait. Yet somehow the All-Well Medical Clinic manages to get us in an out in under 15min, every. single. time. The difference between the two? Competency and Respect.

For all you vagina possessing folk, she is an awesome gynaecologist. Paps are very quick and painless. She handles them in a way that doesn't make you feel awkward or uncomfortable. Highly recommend. The only downside to this Medicentre is the staff. They aren't very good at communicating and come off as very rude. It's worth it though for the doctor's.

I have had knee issues for over 15 years so am well versed with the treatments, and the standard knee ligament tests that go along with them. I booked a prolotherapy appointment here. it was 250.00 on the phone for both knees upon arriving, I confirmed the price 250.00 and the service I was getting (prolotherapy). Going in and meeting the physio we did discuss both prolotherapy and PRP, he indicated he though PRP was a better choice, BUT did not have time today. I told him no problem I could come back for that, but we can do the prolotherapy today as booked, in addition to his recommended PRP. He told me he could not do that , since the appointment was not booked long enough so he did not have time. I was disappointed as that was the whole point of me taking a half day off work and coming here. Upon leaving, I was asked to pay a consult fee of 150.00, which I was told would have been waived if I had got the service done ( Which is what I came for). BUT I indeed had booked the service. I was caught off guard, and did pay. However I got to my car and turned back , because this didnt seem right. I went back to talk to the receptionist who did confirm I was booked for the injections, so they: 1.booked me for 1 service. 2.Did NOT DO the service, 3. and then charged me for something else entirely. I did not agree or sign anything agreeing to this fee. In fact I confirmed the costs on the phone during booking , as well upon arriving. The receptionist asked me to speak to the physio who I dealt with, who insisted I was twisting his words when saying he said he did not have time ( Was absolutely not the case) and that I was "trying to come in and buy a can of coke" - This was insulting since, in our meeting he did not raise any objections to doing prolotherpay beyond time. He also admitted there was an "error made here" but no one was willing to make it right. I can always forgive mistakes in any business, I am also willing to pay whatever they want. They just have to two do things: 1) Disclose their prices/ policies. 2) If YOU make a mistake, fix it. This clinic did neither and I ensured to give ample opportunity for them to make it right, by speaking to the receptionist, who had me speak to the phyiso who also spoke to the clinic operator.

I called health link around 9pm when I realized my daughter's stubbed ToE was like my a break... and of course it was a Friday night of a long weekend meaning our family clinic would be closed until Tuesday. We were just getting ready to leave on vacation in 6 days for Disney and knew there would be LOTS and LOTS of walking and swimming and running and climbing. So glad we popped in. Free street parking. There was literally one person in the waiting room. Staff were courtesy and friendly from the moment we entered until we left. Admittedly, my daughter had a bit of a freak out on the poor ER doc when she was told that the X-ray confirmed a broken bone. But overall the visit was great. A clean, bright, and new facility open afternoons and evenings for urgent care only. They did the assessment, X-ray, and treatment in about an hour's time. They did warn me that sometimes when it's swamped they will stop taking new patients before they officially close at 10pm but that's okay - I get that. I only wish I had learned of our Urgent Care facility sooner! Two Thumbs Way Up!
