Honest Review: This school is overcrowded, more than 4500…read morestudents and more than 60 portables. Expect walking and being late to class. The deans treat you miserably and teachers agree with it, they treat kids as if they were prisoners (I am not joking). They treat you in an aggressive way. NO SCHOOL SPIRIT. The principal and classes like SGA organized spirit weeks where it was suggested to dress in a certain way (e.g. White out). It was a complete success at the beginning of the year, but at the end of the year everyone was crazy to end the term and nobody paid attention to them because no one felt identified enough with the school Brand new principal, she seems cool and she is "trying" to get the school spirit back with pep rallies and supporting sports... She only supported the football team, which does not win a single game (it doesn't matter when you read this), and made the soccer and baseball teams (which had more level than the Football team) provide their own transportation to their away matches, when they provided 3 buses per away match for the football team. They even spent more money on a Pink out uniform, which they used it for one match. Also, the waterpolo team (back to back states champions) do not receive transportation either. Really strict with their rules, they once took my phone away because I was using it and I was not even in class. They were always taking away AirPods, even at lunch. They would give dress code to literally anything because it's "distractive", but they allow people to go with chains that look like dog leashes. I am a man, I was never affected by dress code but it is ridiculous how far they can go with it. Most of the teachers do not care at all about you, you can be out for 3 weeks and they do not even think or ask about you. I should mention there are a few that do, and they are incredible teachers that are actually interested in making a connection with you. The ladies from the Registrar Office and the Attendance Office will become your worst nightmare, they treat you horribly and do not help, they are not comprehensive at all and they are not gonna listen to you. About counselors, I was really lucky in having Ms. Williams as my counselor, she was amazing, she actually knew who I was and actually helped and cared about me. However, all of my friends were constantly complaining on their counselors because they were useless and did not help at all. Also, they almost expelled me because I have a business (outside of school) and students were usually my clients, and they viewed it as if I was making business inside of school, ridiculous. They couldn't get me out I was in another school in another state, the experience is totally different. People in this school do NOT like to be there, I can guarantee you that if you ask randomly whether they like LNHS they will either say no or that they are tired for the day. Be really careful when exiting the school, there are students that drive like complete maniacs. I almost got ran over because there was a guy that did not want to make the line and was going against traffic just to get out faster, I wrote down his plate and reported it. They did NOTHING about it and he kept doing it every single day. I should mention that if you are a latino, you are part of the 70% latino population that is at the school, you will eventually find a group that speaks the same language and share culture.

I've never had an issue or questionable action. Based on the posted schedule my favorite daughter text me her time of pick up and it is almost always accurate. The school has multiple extra kids regular activities in addition to activities outside of school such as the fall festival and ice cream at Jeremiah's. I felt that I not only gained a new essential life skill, but also worked up good confidence in dealing with road. The instructor is very patient, empathetic and pragmatic. He has a wealth of knowledge in teaching people of different walks of life to drive, thanks to the decades of experience as an instructor!! While emphasizing safety first with many practical tips and tricks for the road, he also taught me to feel integrated with the car/flow and relax as I maneuver the car. I was so stiff at the beginning, but with good coaching, now I'm pretty smooth in handling the wheel. He's also personally very attuned to the driving test, which made me feel well-prepared as I conducted the actual road test. The school is also a certified third-party test administrator, btw. Some other positives from my experience 1) Signing up is easy! The scheduler lady is nice to talk to and will make sure everything is in order from lesson scheduling to the testing day arrangement. 2) I was picked up on time and dropped off with ease each session (I'd drive myself home as part of the practice/lesson). 3) I like that they have an online portal for easily booking new classes or simply double checking the planned schedule. 4) ¡Se habla español! So I got to practice a little for fun . But seriously, they are well equipped to serve the diverse community here in central Florida. Thank you again, EZ learning driving school!
