He's a tequila lover, so we would usually buy him a bottle of Patrón Silver, but we discovered they had Patrón Repasado on sale for $29.99 (normally $42.99), making it $7 less than the silver...score! All of their prices seemed pretty reasonable, and they had a lot on sale. Surly Furious 4 packs were $8.99, Apothic wines were $7.99 (not the cheapest I've found, but still $1 less than most places). We've been here a couple times now, and the first time they made a mistake on the price when they rang up the Patrón--the manager quickly apologized and refunded the difference, no problem. When we returned the next time, a similar thing happened, but because of our experience the first time, we were able to catch it and they corrected it before they ran the payment. So, just keep an eye out for that to make sure you're getting the deals as advertised!

I'd call the selection normal, broad but not deep. Are there other, better liquor stores within driving distance? Absolutely. Are they within stumbling distance...not really. In my experience, the wine of the month is also on sale throughout the metro area at any place that uses the same distributor, so I wouldn't go out of my way.

It is important to keep the neighborhood in mind though-- I made the mistake of walking there, and several different men approached me in the parking lot. Scaled back my list and I plan to return Sunday and score that free tee! I like this store. It's laid out nicely and the staff are really friendly and fun. The only thing I dislike is that different products are carried among the three EP municipal liquor stores. For example, I like Phillips Amaretto, but I can only get that if I go to the Prairie Center Drive location. Same with certain liqueurs and brandies in plastic bottles - something I need when my liquor shelf starts to BOW from the weight of all that glass! So I find myself driving several miles out of my way to get what I want from liquor stores all owned and operated by the city. Seems a bit odd all stores don't carry the same products, right?? Maybe this can be fixed... Now that Sunday sales in MN are a thing, I'll go back on Sunday and score that sweet tee! Woot for EP Liquor!

At this point the man still had his mask below his nose and both the female and male employee continued verbally accosting me.
