I received a cpap machine from inmon resp. services last march. Since then, I've had nothing but problems. All human error. I was informed on how to use my cpap but nothing else. 2 months later, I'm told about compliance rules and insurance regulations. By then, I'm receiving phone calls from different numbers and from different people. All saying the same thing: WE NEED TO PICK UP THE CPAP MACHINE. I hear nothing from this business at all except these calls. No calls informing me that the info needed from my doctor hasn't been received or that I'm in danger of being NON-COMPLIANT. Then they claim they never received my doctors prescription fax. But, they fail to inform me of this. I have to call this business and ask. If I hadn't called, I would've been in violation, again. They are supposed to work with my doctor. But they don't. Inmon doesn't call my doctor if something is needed or, at the very least, call me. I'm often unaware when I'm close to or am non-compliant or if there's a problem. it took me 8 months to finally receive my cpap supplies. I should've received them every 3 months. Then my doctors prescription wasn't worded properly enough to be in compliance. I had to make another doctor appointment just to tell him to word my prescription differently. He's a piece of work too. Plus, my cpap machine stops sometimes without notice. I already informed inmon AND the Philips corp. about 6 months ago. Now, I need the thin allergy filter for my cpap monthly. but, they can't do it. I told them I had a copy of the doctor's prescription ordering 2 replacements monthly(the cpap manual states replace every 30 days). The woman who answered at inmon rudely said "I DON'T CARE WHAT IT SAYS". She went on to say it's the insurance company's rules. But my problem is that there is NO FULL DISCLOSURE OR COMMUNICATION about anything. You're basically on your own. I have to call the insurance co and ask if I can transfer to a professional cpap services company. So, I recommend ANY other cpap service company than Inmon Respiratory Services. I found out that you may be able to choose other cpap services companies if you ask. That way you can avoid the unprofessional Inmon Respiratory Services and save yourself so many problems and frustration. I went today to pick up my last sets of filters and cushions from Inmon. They were out of the cushions. But, before this, the office worker came to to me and asked why I was there and that she thought I want coming back because she had read my reviews online(It was the same woman from the phone. I recognized the attitude). Once again, no communication between Inmon and myself. I didn't call or email them yet and they didn't call or email me to inquire or confirm that I was no longer going to receive my cpap supplies. She acted on online reviews rather than discussing the situation directly with the customer. Unprofessional. And, I tried picking up my supplies yesterday. But, they were closed for lunch. What businesses close for lunch? I know some doctor's offices do. But, Inmon? Come on. read more
