We met to talk about what I wanted for content, how I wanted my site to look, and what my budget was. Scott moved quickly and before I knew it, the new site was ready for me to help finalize the pages. We met a few more times and I was shocked at how easy it was to navigate the new site. The look is BOLD and the information easy to find. Even though the project is now complete, Scott has not forgotten us. He trained my staff and I on how to maintain the site, and if there is something we don't know, he's quick to respond to any questions. Even better is that he keeps an eye on our site. If he sees an issue or mistake, he contacts us and points out what needs to be fixed. Scott's professional, easy to get along with and comes through with what he promises. He has an eye for detail, and he explains things to that even a technophobe can understand. Check out my site and see for your self Scott's great work. We already had a Wix account and had tried doing the website ourselves, but working with Shawn made the whole process SO much easier. Earlier this year we started getting calls from people claiming to be from Google, and with so many spam calls out there, we honestly didn't know who to trust or what we actually needed to be doing. We got in touch with Shawn and he walked us through everything, fixed and finished our website, got our SEO going, helped us start building our Google reviews, and told us exactly what steps we needed to take to get everything up and running. It can be really hard to know who to trust when it comes to websites, Google, SEO, and technology in general, so it's such a relief to have someone like Shawn who we know we can trust. Our website turned out PERFECT. It looks great on both a computer and a phone, and best of all...the phone has been ringing! We are already seeing the difference. We are super happy with everything Shawn has done for S&K Grading and would absolutely recommend him. Thank you, Shawn!

I had thought I was purchasing a full built ecommerce store a simple copy from my volusion store but with a more modern look that I am unable to do. What had happened is they wanted an outrageous monthly bill when websites like fiverr and upwork do it for fractions of the cost and the work that was done was extremely slow. Either way my website does not work, it is unable to update the theme so I have a broken website. The help section on the site right now slams you with privacy errors so people are afraid to click the help buttons. Overall Luis edited photos for me and gave me a broken website, with volusion on the site I built myself I at least had a working help section. I am worried that with the theme not taking updates that my website will not work with a new wordpress update so at any moment my site could cease to show up. (display error 404) I am now having to scramble and get other wordpress designers to fix the errors which should have been addressed at turnover. Overall I would not recommend wonkasoft and will keep this review until I have a working site.
