My little one was feeling a little shy and nervous with all the masks on (covid problems) but she still managed to get him out of his shell and capture some perfect shots of him. You can truly tell she loves what she does! While we were in her studio, I was looking around and was wishing we did newborn pictures with her or even maternity. We will definitely be returning to her the next time we need pictures taken. These first birthday pictures are priceless and more than I couldve imagined. I can't wait to share the pictures with our family and friends, we know they are going to love them. I'm going to be recommending Marisela to all of them!

She is incredibly professional, prompt, and so easy to work with. During our second session, she was absolutely wonderful with both my newborn and my toddler. Getting a toddler to cooperate for pictures isn't easy, but she had my little one smiling, laughing, and genuinely enjoying the experience. It made for the sweetest family photos that I'll treasure forever. Her turnaround time was just as impressive as her photography. She had my proofs ready the very next day, and within just a few days I had all of my finished photos. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. If you're looking for someone who is talented, patient, efficient, and truly knows how to capture beautiful memories, I wholeheartedly recommend her. She also managed to edit all the pictures they selected for their package. I was particularly impressed with the suggestions she offered my daughter prior to the photoshoot, which undoubtedly contributed to keeping my granddaughter at ease. She truly possessed a remarkable talent with infants, skillfully changing their attire and repositioning them even while the baby was asleep. I am grateful that she permitted us to capture videos and photos during the session. I will share the pictures once my daughter has had the opportunity to distribute them to our family and friends. I searched high and low for someone who could take heirloom portraits for my little one. I…read morecontacted 3 photographers and Cristal was the only one that contacted me immediately through text. Heirloom portraits are more of a southern thing so I sent her inspiration pictures for reference. She said she could do it so I ended up booking her for a session. She had tons of props and outfits to choose from. We decided to go the simpler route and opted for no props with a simple white background. The session ended up being 15 minutes (she said she got THE shot). After about a week, Cristal sent me a soft proof gallery with about 75 photos to choose from. I picked my 12 and texted her feedback on the ones I wanted more/less cropped. She also nailed the vignette on the heirloom portraits; it was exactly what I was looking for! She sent me a second gallery with my 12 picks, also including them in B&W and different editing styles (34 total). Cristal had great communication, and will go above and beyond to make sure you love your pictures! I would highly recommend her if you live in the IE area. One tiny note, 4 photos have a faint line at the top. It looks like the editing filter wasn't taken all the way up. With that being said, not the end of the world and would gladly book her again.

Recently my US passport needed to be renewed so this photo studio was one of the few places that…read morestill open on Sundays after 4 PM. The photo studio is located inside AR Galleria (the main galleria entrance was locked on Sunday afternoon so I had to enter through the side door via Cafe Lowell). [Parking]: Easy and free parking in the large plaza. [Reservation]: I was able to call and book a same-day reservation on Sunday. Visitors can also make an online reservation via the studio's website. Upon arrival, I scanned a QR code and signed a waiver before the owner started my 5-minute photo session. [Price]: $27 for 4 physical copies and digital copies to download via email (must be downloaded within 7 days). I did not initially receive an email, but I emailed the owner the next day about the download link and he sent a follow-up email with the link within a few hours (the email was hidden in my spam folder). The email included all the pictures taken during the session. The shop also makes photo keychains ($4+ each). The studio also offers 15-minute and 30-minute self-portrait sessions. [Studio]: While I was here for a passport photo, the studio mainly operates as a self-portrait studio where customers take photos of themselves. This small studio has all the props and camera setup needed to make it happen. [Process]: The owner had me sit on a chair and took 7 pictures. Out of the 7 pictures taken, I was able to choose one for him to print while the rest of pictures can be downloaded via a link in an email. It was more important to receive a digital copy because the US passport renewal process requires applicants to upload a digital photo rather than submit a physical copy. I was able to use one of the digital copies and now that same picture will be on my passport for the next 10 years before the next renewal timeline. [Conclusion]: Overall it was an efficient process and I was able to walk in and out within 15 minutes. However, it would be helpful for the studio to provide additional entry instructions on the website when the main galleria entrance is locked.
