Why do you take Someone's money and claim that you've received the order and let it sit there for weeks at a time without even delivering ?Also why do you promise it within a certain timeframe when you know you can't commit to that timeframe. Ordered a one-piece online with a drawing my daughter made, and the image came out so much darker than what I had uploaded. My daughter was terribly disappointed and said it didn't even look like what she'd drawn because the colors were so off. Tried to get another one printed with a closer match to the color, but they wanted me to send the original back at my cost, despite the fact that it was their failure to print the item as clearly as what was shown on the mock-up online. After much back and forth with the customer rep, I just had my credit card company reverse the charges. Will never be ordering from them again. This is a terrible company all around. The quality of the product is very low for what you pay. Customer service is abhorrent, And aside from that, they treat their employees like garbage. They exploit Graphic Designers by expecting them to do 5 other jobs in addition to designing and only paying minimum wage. They also rip off copyrighted designs and steal artwork from artists. Very unethical. And they try to keep this squeaky clean image in the community too, which makes it even worse. Don't waste your money. read more

Designed and purchased a shirt for Christmas and overall experience was ok. Pros: Quick turn around time. We received a proof the next day and was able to pick up shirt 3 days after okaying the proof. Cons: Shirt really stinks - took 2 washings to remove smell; image appeared faded - not like any of the samples we saw in store; Had a hard time explaining what we wanted, and then could not view a proof before we paid because the designers had to do special effects for the text; They do not tell you ahead of time that you only get 2 proofs to choose from and since you have to pay ahead of time you are forced to pick one or the other. Thankfully our second proof was more what we wanted. read more

I buy a custom shirt or two for an event or gift here and there and you can't get a better deal when you only need one shirt as a gift. Not sure how I found them 6 years ago but am glad I did. Ordered three customized baby shirts 10 days ago. Still says my order is "in production" with no estimated shipping or delivery date. Contacted customer service 4 days ago to ask for an estimated completion or delivery date, and still have not heard anything in response.
