The deposit was in cash, appointment set, I took off of work for that day expecting to be tattooed a few hours ( sleeve tattoo) and she never came into the shop. I finally got a response out of her after multiple messages letting her know I was there and she responded with " she was not coming in due to making other plans with her guy" no offer of rescheduling, no refund of the deposit. So I lost a day of pay plus my deposit. Her work ethic is trash and her treatment of people is horrendous. There are far better artist. I did end up going elsewhere and am by far more than happy with my artist and work. I would give negative stars if I could.

Let me just say I am so glad I didn't listen to any of those naysayers! How he was able to not only do mine, but squeeze in the other two customers was amazing. And to make sure everyone got the service/great customer service was a sight to see. He was very kind and I was a little nervous, he coached me through it. Would highly recommend coming here if you would like a piercing, I followed his aftercare instructions and had no issues with my nose piercing! I came back about 3 months later to have my nose jewelry changed from a corkscrew stud to a hoop (only cost $5) and he did it so quickly. Sanitized everything in front of me even my old jewelry stud. I told him he did it so painlessly and quickly. Will be coming back for another piercing or change of jewelry from him!

I had gotten my first tattoo when I…read morewas 18 (dove on my hip) then a few years later I got my 2nd one (trinity on my elbow)..both here. I was extremely nervous but the staff never made me feel intimidated. (Oh and I also got my nose pierced here too!) I can't remember the name of my tattooer but he was very professional and wasn't off putting or pushing me to talk (which is a problem I have sometimes when I go to services like hairdressers etc). He gave me specific instructions on how to care for it and the tattoo was done very efficiently. The price was very reasonable and that's what made me go back for my 2nd one. I printed out a shape for them to do exactly on my arm and they replicated it perfectly (I REALLY wish I remembered his name because he did both of mine really well). My tattoos were pretty simple and I've heard of some tattoo artists at other places scoffing at designs when they feel like they aren't "artsy" enough but this place didn't do that at all. I would totally go back for my 3rd here!

I have seen some of his other artist's work and all of them are very talented as well. This shop is very clean and "treats everyone as though they have a horrible disease" as I was told when I got tattooed. So you can be totally sure you won't have any problem with your tattoo as long as you do your part in caring for it. I definitely recommend going here or any of his other shops if your looking to get some ink done.

Two times I sent tattoo design ideas to these folks and both times got shot down as they had no interest in tattooing me.
