However, once we were escorted to the back room-we were immediately told to undress. We weren't directed to the lockers or offered a robe- it was evident Lucy's isn't accustom to catering to two people that are JUST looking for a Massage.... We asked for the locker rooms and robes. They provided towels instead. The massage was good however during the massage I felt a vibration which was a cell phone which the masseuse answered provided hours and pricing. Shortly after she runs off in the middle of my massage to answer the door. EXTREMELY unprofessional!! We we're shorted on our time and will never return. BEWARE!! So much for a Zen, peaceful massage.

The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to go get laser ( how is that even possible). When Brooke left I have not had the same technician twice. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office.

I had the call on speakerphone while I waited doing other things on my phone. Before I knew it, 30+ minutes had passed and no one ever came back to answer my question. I later found out they had closed during the time I was on hold, just leaving me there on the line instead of advising me to call back if an answer wasn't available at that time. I know laser tattoo removal isn't cheap and multiple sessions are required; based on this careless interaction, which reflects on the company culture as a whole, I will be investing my money elsewhere.

The experience was professional, intuitive, and incredibly relieving. Before I even left, I booked two more massages for the rest of the week I'm here, before flying back to Boston, that's how good it was. Five stars without hesitation!

I was a little reluctant having someone use the Brazilian wax method since this was the first time that I would experience it. The chest was a little more challenging because it was the first time ever having this done, so a bit more painful. Yet, the results were truly amazing. Highly recommend Toni and her Brazilian wax.
