To top it off, the relaxing yet welcoming aroma of her candle makes you feel right at home. My back story: I had tried Lash Extensions (at a different location) 3 separate times. My allergies and skin rejected the lashes (mainly the glue) big time! Every other day or so, my eyes would start burning like crazy and just start watering out of no where. The glue was driving me crazy. I looked like a goddess, and LOVED waking up each morning with half of my makeup routine already taken care of... but unfortunately my allergies and skin just couldn't handle lash extensions. I was pulling at them and picking the glue off, which resulted in me losing a lot of lashes, fake and REAL ones! My lashes had a bunch of voids/gaps where I had picked off the extensions. I thought I was doomed to look pretty again. But then I tried Lash Lift. ROBIN IS A SAINT! She's a wonderful woman inside and out. Gentle to the touch, and just fun to talk to! I am so embarrassed that I spent all of that money for this to be my experience it's very sad that she won't just return me my money. This work is NOT $400 worthy. See updated photos below. So unfortunate I have to right this review because Celina was very accommodating when I missed my appointment in LA and was able to fit me in the following day. HOWEVER as an artist and professional there is a lack of accountability for her craft that she is missing and I am in shock. I traveled all the way from the East coast to see Celina during her pop-up to get my brow "microbladed" and my results were not on "brand" or close to any of the expectations I had based on reviews and photos she post on Instagram. Please do due diligence when I comes to your face ladies and be sure to speak up if your unhappy with the shape and not spare anyone's feelings. I was not happy with shape she created and I regret not speaking up because I felt guilty complaining as she was already having a horrible experience in LA. I did however show her reference photos and expressed that I like a soft, natural and rounded brow and trusted her skills based on her Instagram work. Nothing about my brows are a natural look. In fact, it looks like I had a bad tattoo job and sadly unlike other reviews I have gotten nothing but negative feedback on my brows. I am disappointed that I spent almost $3000 to get to LA and $400 on microbladed brows that left me with a worse shape then what I started with. I am now spending another $400 to get her work removed. I am devastated and To be honest, I am so sick of this "no refund" culture of the new IG business woman. If you would not stand by your work in public, give people who work hard for their money their funds back in private. Very unhappy with my results and just want a refund ATP.
