My family member who visited the doctor's area indicated that they actually listened carefully to her, whereas we don't typically have as positive an experience at other facilities (in Los Angeles and Shreveport) We've been trying for many months to figure out what her seeming medical problem is and I'm hopeful, thanks to McKinney Family, that we may be close to a solution. If I was informed prior to the day before my appointment that I needed to fill out the paperwork by 5 pm then that would have been different. Then he prescribes me steroids (which I don't recommend anyone take) which made my body feel terrible so I stopped taking them. Then decides I need a CT scan, not an MRI, for a muscular issue. I get my CT scan and take it to the Orthopedic who says you need an MRI, I can't see your disc. Why did you get a CT scan instead of an MRI??? This has cost me hundreds of dollars and hours lost because this creepy fucking idiot is not qualified. I will be demanding reimbursement and to speak with upper management regarding the issue. She rudely said I could do whatever. I left a message on the patient portal and received a voicemail saying she was busy. Obviously she has taken on more patients than she can schedule. If you don't have months to wait you might look elsewhere.
