A roof leak during winter storms is never fun. Called Inhome Renovation and they came out the very next day. They assessed the damage and scheduled the work for that Saturday. Luckily, it was between storms and they were able to make the roof repairs. The following week, I was contacted several times to ensure there wwre were not any additional leaks. The plasterer was scheduled and he fixed the damage to the inside wall and then the painter finished the job. All crew showed up when scheduled, were polite, and left all work areas spotless. Unfortunately I will take back my positive review on this company since I now am having issues with their workmanship. Financing a $10*k roof and a cut off of 5 years on labor warranty. My warranty had just hit 5 months over the labor warranty and of course, The roof was leaking due to the heavy rains. I spoke to the owner directly and he tried to blame someone other than himself for the problem. He tried telling me I would have to pay his workers to come assess the damage. When asked for a copy of my original contract he never responded and neglected to communicate. If this company valued their customers they would not leave a neglected issue bare to cause further damage. It's contractors like this that give a quality caring contractor a bad reputation.
