I ordered a rather over-priced bunch of flowers for a valentines gift from the friendly and helpful staff. When the flowers failed to arrive I contacted the shop to inquire as to their whereabouts. They had been delivered to the wrong address by accident. Not a problem, honest mistakes happen. However, in trying to get another bunch delivered it took several phone conversations with the owner who was abrupt, confrontational, too busy serving other customers to speak to me and very far from helpful or apologetic about rectifying her mistake. The flowers were finally delivered, with very bad grace, nearly a week late and still without the box of chocolates. Perhaps this was a one off and as such this review will be drowned out by all the other positive reviews for Ingrams on this site but for me personally this was the worst customer service I've ever received and will not be back. read more
