We called this company to assist with septic tank that was full @ rural home we had just recently…read morepurchased. They did resolve the septic issue, however they created other problems while they were here. They dug up areas of our yard that didn't need to be touched and covered it up before we could see what they had done underground. We later found they had broken off vent pipes at the T and just covered them back up. They also had left us with a Crack in our sidewalk from driving heavy equipment on it which we understand that is a possibility, except they shouldn't have been digging in that area to begin with. We were promised they would show up on certain dates or times and would sometimes just not show or even call to let us know why they didn't make it and we would have to call them to find out why. We are in the process of having a reputable company to come fix our issues and we are documenting it all along the way. If you've not booked them yet.......buyer bewate.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company…read more For the past seven months I have had issues with the pipes and plumbing in my house but this company still has not managed to fix them. The only reason they have had this many chances is because this is the company my landlords use and I have voiced my concerns to them about this company as well. They have constantly missed scheduled appointments, left absolutely horrid messes in my bathroom and lawn, and cannot do the one job that they have been called out multiple times to do. There have been many days where I stayed home from work or missed other events because I was waiting for them and they decided not to show up or even call to say they wouldn't show up. One of the first times they came to fix the problems they left mud, sewage, tree roots, old toilet parts as well as the packaging from the new toilet parts all over the floor of my bathroom that took me about an hour to clean up as well as ruining the couple towels I lent them to use to clean up what I thought was just going to be water messes. The latest time, which was supposed to be the final fix, they dug up my yard to replace the pipes and left old piping, garbage which I assume they dug up from underground and a ton and a half of tree roots all over my lawn and the neighbors lawn. Not to mention they only barely buried the pipes back because I came home to mounds of dirt everywhere so bad that my lawn will probably never be as flat again and parts of my lawn that are starting to sink down and leaving pits. I wanted to be there for it but I couldn't miss another day of work and I thought I would be home before they finished because I was told six hours and the were up and gone before I got home in less than four. All of this and my pipes are no different that when this whole mess started. My pipes are still backing up and flooding which was the whole reason they were called out in the first place. Every time I have just gotten a band-aid solution that has only worked for either a few weeks to a couple days. I don't usually take time to go out post negative reviews but I am so utterly annoyed and dissatisfied at this point that I just had to this time. I regret not having the forethought to take pictures before hand and during this whole mess earlier on otherwise I would post them as well. The few I have taken since then I will. I cleaned it up a bit beforehand but its still rough.
