I didn't even know the post office was here till I needed a passport, by surprise there the only one for miles! So if you need a passport and you live around Citrus County this is the place for you. The carrier hand delivered my order to another address other than mine and no one can give me a straight answer. We have an alarm system on our box letting us know when mail is delivered. Unfortunately for us it shows my order being handed off at 3:56 yesterday but my mail alarm went off at 4:01 leaving only my mail. Common sense shows the mail carrier gave my order to someone up the street not looking at the address and later leaving me only my mail. They are completely useless at this P.O. and show no concerm over the failure of the carrier being held responsible.

The shipper sent it here to this horrible place since they figured it would be easy for us to pick up since we live in Dunnellon. We were notified by UPS the package arrived this morning. We immediately called this place to verify. The woman who answered the phone said oh no-that arrived yesterday and since you don't rent a box here-I sent it back!!!!! WTH????? We paid for a service that store does business with.?it doesn't say anywhere that to use this facility for a UPS shipment, you must have a postal box rented there. We will be running this business practice up the chain with UPS to see their opinion on how this place conducts business for UPS. Hopefully this place will do us all a favor and just shut down! These…read morepeople were parked in the disability parking spot for over 30 minutes looking at their mail giving no consideration no others, and as you can see, they are not physically disabled. They were screaming at me when I asked them about parking there and even followed me in, still screaming at me inside this post office. They may rent a mailbox there, so be aware they are combative mean-spirited and rude.
