Located at the busy intersection of 50th and Xerxes, you'll find this quality printer and humbled staff. Not to be confused with your chain FedEx Kinkos, Banners to Go focuses on a variety of signs, banners and graphics. Fully capable to producing everything from real estate signs, car vinyls and trade show displays, this print house runs a robust business! Typical printers can take up to two days to turn around a proof so I was delighted to have mine returned in less than a day. I even received a personal call notifying me when job was finished. I did however have to pick up the table runners, which I wish they would have offered a shipping option. However, it gave me the opportunity to see the store in person and meet Kevin, who I presume is the owner. The only setback is that it took a week for production. As long as I have enough time for production, they can count on me for repeat business!

Our company has received more business than ever before and years later we are still seeing amazing results and getting frequent compliments from our customers about how beautiful, easy to use, and helpful our website is. So of course, when we decided to build an additional website, there was no question about what company we'd work with. Their process is so organized and straightforward. Our 2nd website design project took less then half the time we expected to complete and is just as beautiful and functional as our first project with their team. Our SEO expert and account manager check in with us very consistently and are such a pleasure to work with. They are always easy to reach and respond quickly to any questions, concerns, or projects we have. They both have a wealth of knowledge and I consider them an asset to our company. Every month we receive great advice on how to improve our website and SEO efforts. Being a web designer myself, the past companies we worked with would provide advice that was very basic and I felt like I could come up with half the suggestions they'd give us and was typically disappointed in the advice. Perrill is quite the opposite! Their monthly reporting and suggestions are very high level and their team is extremely smart and can think outside the box to create very customized solutions that actually work! We are so thankful we made the switch to their company for all of our website, SEO, and online marketing needs. I highly recommend Perrill! I've shopped around extensively and tested out other agencies in the past, but none come close to the talented team at Perrill. They bring web design and marketing to a whole new playing field that their competition just can't match.

We needed some custom Magento development work done, which honestly should not have taken them…read moreultimately longer than a week or two at best. I understand that First Scribe has lots of other clients, but it was apparent that we were at the bottom priority for them as our small list of development items they somehow stretched out nearing a year to complete. Trying to get any information or status updates from them felt almost impossible the vast majority of the time, if they provided info at all. It was like they would respond only to get us to go away again, and repeatedly didn't provide the development work or updates on what was going on by the dates or within the timeframes they themselves had stated. It was very frustrating to work with this company as they provided us an estimate for the completed work (that is, all of the development items we wanted complete) and yet only finished half of them. Then in addition to all the time delays and excuses, they came back saying they wanted more money... when not even yet half the work was done. Some of the times they tried to shuffle the blame for their own functionality they developed out being broken onto us, although we weren't even touching anything with our Magento site the entirety of their development period. At one point they claimed their development was complete, but our staff continued to find errors directly related to their shoddy work. First Scribe was an expensive mistake for us not only for not getting everything they had promised to develop in the budget they quoted, but also for the huge delay we had in finishing and launching our new website. We only ended up with half of what we'd asked and ultimately, had to hire a real Magento developer at extra cost to finish up the rest of what we needed, as well as fix their work. We did not utilize their SEO services, although they seemed to push us hard at times to try and get us to purchase those services from them. It should be noted within the development we asked for was for us to tweak additional meta and social sharing info on our end, which was botched by them, doesn't work as they claimed - in addition to them simply installed an AddThis extension (which should be a red flag to any others with actual developer knowledge who have encountered that service's hijacking issues over the years). I'm really disappointed in our entire experience with this company and would not recommend them to anybody. They were really frustrating to deal with and very trying waiting to hear any correspondence or real update info from.
