This was one of the best gifts I've been given in 2016. Moving on... When you drive up to the building, Linnea is located on the side. You walk down a couple of stairs and walk into a wonderful space. It's clean and uncluttered. Upon meeting Linnea, you are instantly welcomed with a smile and a warm personality. Linnea's room is located in the back. Again, it's very clean, lightly decorated and very welcoming. You have a brief consultation and then she leaves the room for you to get ready for your facial. The bed is very comfortable and the blankets soft (very important for me). As mentioned before, I was gifted a Hydrafacial. It is beyond worth the money and time spent there. If you're budget conscious, she offers a wonderful menu of services to fit all budgets and needs. As this was my first facial, she explained each of the processes for me and how they benefit my skin. Icing on the cake for my facial was the massage for your neck, shoulders, arms, and even feet! When the facial is over you don't feel rushed to jump up and get ready to check out. You take your time, get dressed and then Linnea returns to the room. She then has a final conversation about your skin and any recommendations that she may have to follow. My skin has never felt so fantastic! A few days after my facial, I could still feel and see the results of this amazing facial. You can tell that Linnea not only knows her art of skincare, but that she more importantly loves what she does. You will hear excuses for this ridiculous fee/rate, but is excessive when you wouldn't make this much for the visit. I was told, that I would be contacted about the fee, but I only got a mailed bill. Most employees are pleasant. They call you patients, but you are treated much more like your financial condition is way more important to the company, than your healthcare. And using the owner is a vet, isn't necessarily a great justification in the Springs.....

Then they decided to cancel my filler appointment with no explanation, just saying "it is in our best interest " to cancel your appointment and find another injector. This lady is not interested in discussing the procedures or answering questions. She has her established clients and has no need to be courteous.
