I have had them in the past to preface. This appointment took less than 30 minutes which is pretty quick. The perm used and packet of serum I was given after was definitely the same product you could order on Amazon. After a few days about 80% of the "curl" had fallen. Back to my point about how the appointment wasn't very long. Also there was no natural curl. The lashes were literally at a 90 degree angle. And then my lashes started breaking off. I would never go back. I gave 2 starts and not one because the tech was nice. But otherwise do NOT recommend.
