I've only been into the office twice ever, but have already experienced the following over the past year or so: -No success in getting my medical records from this office - been trying for 3 weeks and yet to actually get ANYONE on the phone from the office. Filled out the form online, then got a message saying my records weren't available with no explanation. -Called 2-3 times to talk to someone at front desk - no answer -Called and left a message directly for Dr. Evanson's staff - still no response after 3 weeks (as of today) -The office cancelled an appointment on me (that I had scheduled months before and was driving into Plano from out of town for), and asked to reschedule for a day that I wasn't sure I could do. -When I did move forward with needing to cancel the rescheduled appointment a month later, there was nowhere to cancel the appointment in the portal. It said you had to call to cancel. I called 3 times and nobody ever answered. Ended up having to try to message through the portal to cancel. Never got a response that my appointment was ever successfully canceled (shocking). Please avoid until the office figures out how to actually communicate with their patients.

I want to thank Dr. Ali for being a great physical therapist, a great chiropractor, and an amazing…read moredoctor and person all around. I loved our conversations together and my neck has never felt better. My quality of life has definitely improved from where I was before to after our appointments together. For context, I used to wake up with neck pain every morning, to the point where going to bed was often painful even with the thinnest of pillows -- I often had to fall asleep on ice packs to get through the pain. I also had/have chronic migraines and was in a car accident prior to meeting Dr. Ali, so my neck and back were in rough shape. I also have been an athlete since I was 5, so I'm sure that didn't make it easy on her either! She was able to immediately diagnose some of the issues I had from built up wear and tear and start me on a program for recovery. She also made the whole process so easy with the insurance from the person who hit me. She took care of it all and I only had to worry about showing up to our appointments. I never had to worry about prices and sending forms back and forth with the insurance. Not having that additional stress with fighting insurance alone was super helpful. My quality of life has definitely improved after having Dr. Ali both as a physical therapist and a chiropractor -- it's not often we find someone capable of doing both in one appointment! She also would cater the care to my body's needs and how I was feeling. There were times where my neck was too sensitive for the typical chiropracty, but she had tools that made the process so much better -- decreasing my pain levels without adding to it. The tools she had were definitely a game changer. She would also change the procedures to fit my improvements or alter them for my needs at the time. I came in after going on a walk/hike started hurting my hips, and she was able to adjust them as well to relieve that pain too. She and I had great conversations where she would check in on me and remember things going on in my life and see how she could improve my conditions. She made me feel like I had her not only as a doctor, but also as a concerned friend. I really felt like she was doing her best to take care of me in every way. I only wish the best for her and look forward to seeing the growth of her business! If I ever have issues and need physical therapy or chiropracty again, I would definitely go to her again. I would definitely recommend her to anyone in the area -- whether it's chronic pain, athletic damage, or from a car crash, she was able to handle it all.

She keeps all my small nagging pains at bay and allowing me to train at my fullest! Please note- she is not your typical Chiropractor. She does ART (Active Release Technique), which means she digs into trigger points to help release adhesions in the muscles. It is painful, but totally worth it!

Dr. Miller and the entire staff are simply terrific! He was referred by my GP (Dr. Brad Gates)…read moreand it was one of the best decisions I've made to make an appointment. Dr. Miller has a very easy going and gentle personality..., which is intangibly important to me and my wife! My initial reason for seeing him was due to my left shoulder causing me pain. Ironically, I had a skiing accident that resulted in a tear of my MCL just prior to seeing Dr. Miller initially. After an MRI, he treated the MCL tear and shoulder pain with PT initially and didn't rush me into making a surgical decision. In addition, he gave me a cortisone shot for the shoulder which released the pain. The MCL healed nicely without any further procedure being required; however after 6 months the shoulder did get worse due to a separate but freak accident, so we decided that surgery was the only option that would relieve the pain permanently. This was the best decision, because the arthroscopic procedure revealed a massive tear of the supraspinatus which required 6 anchors instead of the normal 4 to reattach it properly. The entire experience has been outstanding and thankfully, the pain has been minimal. You can probably tell I really think the world of Dr. Miller and would recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care mostly because of his extensive experience and thorough approach.

I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time and he quickly ordered the necessary tests to diagnose the injury. The surgery to repair my torn meniscus was quick and complication-free and gave immediate relief from the pain. I would absolutely recommend him and would see him again if needed.
