We bought a 3mo old Bullmastiff through Infinity last April and I corresponded with Joanna at Infinity pups to arrange pmt and delivery. The Puppy came from Lancaster (breeder) in PA and I spoke directly with David Nolt. Nice gentleman and seemed to be very upfront an transparent. The 1st puppy we were interested in turned out to be classified as blind and I was made aware of this AFTER I attempted to pay a deposit. Seemed odd that a 3mo old puppy was not diagnosed with blindness sooner and I felt bad passing on her but I didnt have the resources or knowledge to take on a blind puppy. I opted for another puppy in the litter but was told after I expressed interest that she may have a heart issue. After exhaustive testing and some more time had passed (a couple weeks) she was clearerd of any issues and had a clean bill of health. She arrived healthy and playful and beautiful. However, as time went on, she seemed to exhibit some behaviorial issues. Certainly not the same personality and instincts of the 4 prior bullmastiffs we raised. She seemed to be apprehensive and easily spooked, especially in darker environments. Not the confident and fearless traits indicitive of the breed. Coming to realize she has issues with her vision. I contacted Infinity to advise them and to see if any other pups from the litter had vision issues (other than the aforementioned blind pup) . I got a reply from Malvern at Infinity expressing sympathy but was she was not interested in checking with the breeder that they represented. Rather, she suggested I just contact the breeder directly. Hardly a sincere interest in inquiring with their partner to investigate if any other pups from that bloodline had similar issues. We will defintetly be contacting the breeder direct as well as retaining legal representation if for nothing else, to bring attention to the issue and make others aware. Very heartbreaking to think that our girl may have had issues that may have been treatable had we known about the predisposition. Moreover, the amount of effort and accomodations we are now making for a dog that has severe confidence issues and gets spooked in pooly lit environments. read more

Best puppies! Ellen was wonderful in communication, friendly, helpful , honest, and quickly responsive to phone calls and questions about the litter. She raises the most wonderful and sweetest puppies; practically potty trained, on bed time schedule, smart and obedient! My father couldn't get over the fact that his puppy asked immediately to go outside. My puppy was virtually potty trained and knew commands right away. She watched my other dogs beg, give paw, and rollover and immediately performed on cue. Playful, healthy, and chipped these pups are not from a puppy mill. Ellen and her family did a great job ! We recently bought a Bernedoodle pup from Breeder Ruthy King through Infinity Pups in Pennsylvania. When she arrived she looked like a stray that was found wandering the streets. And, nothing even close to the pictures that were sent to us. In fact, we were then told by Ms King that one of the pictures was a mistake. The attached pictures show what I was lead to believe and the puppy we actually received. She looks nothing like a Bernedoodle. She was scratching excessively so we immediately had her groomed and took her to a vet. The groomer said no fleas but a rash and scabs all over her body. She also said that no reputable Breeder would send a dog in this condition. The Vet just called and said the puppy has Round Worm which is not unusual, but generally a reputable Breeder would have taken care of that. I have asked Ruthy King for a return of my money and she is willing to give back $100 which is ludicrous. And, I've been in touch with Infinity Pups to no avail. Had a good experience with Infinity Pups Was a little apprehensive about purchasing a pup online but the breeder Naomi was very nice to work with and great at communicating . We live 12 hours away from the location of the pup so transportation needed to be arranged avoiding 24 hours of travel time . Mariana the transporter was really nice -met us almost 1/2 way to cut the travel time for us . If you're looking to make a purchase, be sure you have cleared your entire WEEK. In order to get a puppy through Infinity Pups, YOU do all the leg work! A few thousand dollars for a puppy and YOU get the "convenience" to arrange everything! Soooo, I'm literally just paying for a dog, not for any type of service from anyone. We called AND emailed Naomi Fisher (the breeder) about a puppy. Her response times were minimum 24 hours. We told her we were weighing options to ship the puppy or drive to come get him (12 hours). She gave us a phone number to put a deposit down. She called back and offered us a third option in which we could meet someone at the PHL airport if I wanted to fly out there. We texted the phone number (Melvern with Infinity Pups) and sent a deposit via Venmo. Then it was back and forth between Melvern and Naomi trying to figure out who I needed to meet at the airport and exactly what I needed to do. I've never flown with a puppy before, so the least they could do was give us information. Nobody could give us an answer until 2 days before we were scheduled to pick him up. THEN, they contract out a delivery service, so there's yet ANOTHER phone number I need to call, just to pick up the puppy at the airport! THREE F$&#ING PEOPLE TO COORDINATE THIS ENTIRE THING AND I HAD TO ALL THE WORK. Finally, everything is set, flights are booked, logistics are planned... Or so we thought. We LOVE our little pup. BUT We had to drive 5 hours to pick him up from Maryland. He was 15 weeks old and the shyest puppy ever. The puppy was not socialized. When we took him to the vet at 16 weeks he had heart murmur, teeth overbite, parasite, never had a haircut/grooming, not vaccinated for rabies so we couldn't get him to the groomers. They have health report so that means they have consulted with the vet and he did not pickup on any of these? Do NOT adopt a puppy from from this business. I received my puppy and he couldn't even stand properly, let alone walk properly. He didn't eat for nearly 3 days. Our family veterinarian advised us to take him to the ER because "he could pass away overnight". Now not only do I have $3000 in veterinarian bills, but I also have an unhealthy pup. Infinity Pups texted me to set up a time to talk after I explained the entire situation of my puppy fighting for his life, but no one ever called me. Very unprofessional on their end. I received a call from the delivery company, Puppy Express, and they were very concerned for my puppy AND for me, which is very nice to hear. When we went on the website we came across our fur baby's Breeder Chris Fisher. He was very informative. Being that we are in 2 different time zones, when I would  call him he wouldn't answer but he never fail to return my call right back. For the transportation  to get him from Pennsylvania to Whittier California we used Mandy. Mandy and her partner Mr. Lee were very  good as well. They had great communication with me. I highly recommend breeder Chris Fisher and for transportation Mandy. We adopted a beautiful Golden Retriever puppy in August 2020. Unfortunately, our puppy has a serious resource guarding issue since we brought him home. We have seen a vet, an animal behaviorist trainer & now a veterinary behavior specialist to help with this issue - all of whom say this problem is due to the breeder/puppy's parents. I have reached out to Infinity Pups on multiple occasions but have never received a response. After reading these terrible reviews I feel i would be irresponsible not to post. We got our mini labradoodle 6 months ago & everything was fine. Leroy was professional and we picked up our puppy at the appointments time & day. I researched puppy mills & what to ask. I asked to see our pup's parents. The mom did look a little worn down but not unhealthy, father was exact replica of our pup. He had been given the appropriate initial vaccine & we took him right to our vet (trusted respected and had been our vet for 16 years with our previous dog, a Bichon- Poo, who, by the way, came from a fancy breeder & had lots of health issues.) Our vet pronounced our puppy perfectly healthy. We could've returned him to Infinity within 36 hours if anything wrong had been detected. I wouldn't say that Leroy is a true breeder but i don't think infinity is a puppy mill--farm? Perhaps. read more
