His responsiveness and adaptability made the whole experience feel tailored and stress-free. An added bonus: Steve is also experienced in mortgage brokerage, which meant he could help me navigate the financial side of the purchase with confidence and clarity. Steve spent a lot of time with me before seeing homes to discuss my goals to really help me focus and guide me on what's important; something i didn't understand before. Claudia has a great reputation and a large and loyal following. Her group scoured through my uncle's possessions and found and sold things that would never have occurred to me to have much value. Claudia was professional, kept me informed, returned all my calls and messages promptly, was a joy to work with and, most importantly, was completely honest and trustworthy. He also gave quick, objective, accurate assessments of a whole houseful of odd items like crystal, flatware, china, art, jewelry, furniture and collectables. Downsizeology is not cheap, but they're worth every penny and delivered great value for the money I spent. Jim was always approachable and helpful. You truly feel that you have someone in your corner watching out for your best interest. My first attempt did not work out because of a lower than expected appraisal. You would think that's the end, but no it was not. Jim said he would keep an eye on the market & on rates for me. I figured that was probably just polite lip service; but no... about seven months later I get a call from Jim.... "hey Tim I think the market is just about right for you appraisal & interest rate wise if you are still interested". Not only that, but you could tell he truly felt bad it did not go my way on the first try... even though it was no fault of his; he helped me out with the second appraisal and boom refinance was done.
