WARNING TO ALL! Do not choose this company for plumbing, call someone else!!! . I had an absolutely…read moreterrible experience. I called for an estimate on plumbing work, very ordinary . I had a nice gentleman come out, view all the work and took extensive photos of the fixtures to make sure everything needed was there to do the job. It was, and he said expect your quote to be sent to your email- okay, still all good. I call the next day, ask if the quote was ready, the woman who answered the phone said it was and sent it over. Everything was still great. I got it, read it, it listed all the work for 2700.00. I agreed and signed digitally to accept the bid. Then I called and scheduled the work- they were to come the next day at 8:00am, so far, so good- everything is going well, people are friendly. Then.... it all becomes like a bait and switch- The woman who scheduled the work for the next day calls me back to say I need to speak to the manager, the price is not right. And I responded , Okay, I'm good if it's cheaper but I SIGNED A CONTRACT for your estimate and scheduled- she just said she would have the manager call me. And then he did, almost THREE TIMES the accepted quote, and he was very "Sorry", but the estimate, signed contract, and scheduled installation was really not priced right. It went from 2700 to almost 8K- I feel like this was predatory business practices. They made everything sound great, made ME sign a contract to accept the quote, scheduled the work and then raised the price that much for the same job, same work, and say "Sorry". And when I asked why did they not honor the contract, the manager told me, they don't have to- in small print it says they can change anything at anytime if they want. They lured me in with a low price only to raise it exponentially, and "Sorry" doesn't make it right . If they were an honest business, and truly made an "in house" mistake- the company eats it and honors their word because it's what they offered at a given price. This is shady, bottom line. Clearly I will never do business with a company like this who has predatory pricing practices like this for me, their consumer. And the manager telling me he is sorry was just infuriating- he wasn't sorry at all. This felt planned to me , not good at all. I hope potential customers looking for a plumber in the Ft. Smith area look elsewhere so you don't have to waste your time, or worse fall for these pricing tactics.

First; I am a Union loc-399 retired Chief Engineer…read more I tried to hire local help and install my service myself but nobody in town wanted to work. I tried several Union Electricians who would not come to Hartford. Said they would and never showed to work. Then I tried the non-union contractors since I couldn't get any other help and most of them said my design was excessive because I wanted all copper in steel pipe through the roof. Then I met Pat Duboise; Everything changed. He made my day... When I told him what I wanted, He answered "That's the only way we do a service". I hired him immediately. His prices are a little high for the area but very reasonable for what you get. He did everything perfect. Passed my inspection even though most work done in this area by "electric utilities" would not pass my inspection. I have seen many electrical nightmares in Sebastian County. From spliced neutrals in overhead drops to services without service grounds. Splices in a service panel. Splices in ceilings and walls. Patrick does none of this. His work is in pipe and all splices are done in proper enclosures. He is a great craftsman who does a professional workman like job. If you want cheap: Call walmart or home-depot. If you want it done right: Call Duboise Electric in Hackett Ar. He does not cut corners and observes "Safety First".

Please be very cautious in dealing with this company. I attempted to do business with them, and I…read morecan only speak for what has happened to myself and my company... I, first, dealt with the owner, Pat, and he gave us a list of materials needed for the job. We had to order the corrected parts eight different times... Makes you wonder if this company even knows anything about electric when the owner could not even give us an accurate list of necessary material. Every time I went to check on his two employees, they were always outside smoking or sitting in their vehicles. Also, half the time they were here onside, there was only one worker when we agreed upon two. I even let them use our sky lift for free. I also informed the owner that his workers would show up around 9:00 AM, even though I was billed for their services starting at 8:00 AM. They also made a habit of leaving the job early, around 4 PM, even though I was billed for their time until 5 PM. When I brought this to the owner's, Pat, attention, he was furious and said he had never charged me for when they worked overtime. I questioned how they could work overtime when they come in late and leave early ever day? We also lock up our building at 5 PM, so there is no way they could have worked any overtime... We were told on Thursday that they would be finished with the job by COB (close of business) the next day, Friday afternoon. We then asked them Monday when they showed up, why there were not finished, and the workers told us they had one more hours' worth of work to do... We, then asked them to stop working on Tuesday because they were still here onsite, working. Immediately, the owner drove out to the job and told them to leave and go to another job. He refused to even ask his employees how much longer they had and refused to tell us how much was left. This company is a complete scam! I recommend that no one lets them on their property... I have done some research and have also found out that this company does not even hold the proper insurance to handle the line of work they handle. VERY sad that there are actually individuals like this....
