My experience was top notch in the promptness of getting me into the chair at the time specified (no waiting around10-20-30 minutes like many Dr. offices). The front desk was very busy but spent enough time with me to make sure everything was in order insurance / paperwork wise AND did it with a smile . The extraction prep and process was smooth and efficient with the support cast very interactive and sensitive too the inherent nervousness associated with pre-surgery time. The preparation and extraction was done quickly with emphasis on patient comfort and pain tolerance. Every person in the room during this procedure was professional but friendly and focused on their job. A few days after the surgery there was still some discomfort so I call their office (on a Monday) and was quickly scheduled for Tues. AM. The issue was ID'd and corrected. No hassles no stress. I do not write reviews often (maybe 1 / year) and only when the experience is very positive or very negative. I am not a shill for this practice and don't know a single person personally.
