You walk in and the gentleman in the first chair instantly greets you. As a woman, I felt very comfortable and welcomed. The gentleman(the fourth chair to the right) that cut my son hair was very nice and attentive to what my son requested. He even made conversation throughout the cut, which to me is great customer service. My son felt and looked good once it was over. Will definitely recommend this barbershop to others. read more

My son had an appointment today at 8am with Charles. We arrived a few minutes before the appointment and Charles wasn't there yet. The other man that was working called him but no answer. We waited there for 20 minutes and Charles never showed up or answered the calls of his co-worker. The man that was there was very nice but he had appointments booked all day. My fam checked out this shop after driving all the way from San Jose in an attempt for my son to get cut at Velocity Cutz and failed. However, this shop saved the day! We walked in and were greetee w/a smile, offered donuts and were asked to sit in the clean, spacious waiting area. My son was in the barber's chair within about 20 minutes (for a Saturday, this is record time). There were 3 barbers so they were able to accommodate each walk on without anyone having excessive wait times. This place knows customer service and appreciates your business. Sloppiest barber I have ever seen! If he was the owner then that's a shame!! This guy didn't even comb my son's hair out before trimming it with scissors until I stopped him and pointed that out for him to do so. Furthermore, the tapering in the back was uneven and didn't even brush off all the hair on my son's neck. Where the hell did he go to school ?! And to be charging $25 for a haircut that normally takes at least 45 minutes to an hour with a good barber who knows what they're doing; it didn't even take 30 minutes! FIRST AND LAST time I'd take my son here. BIG MISTAKE!! If you care about your hair and how you look DO NOT COME HERE FOR A HAIRCUT! NOT RECOMMENDED EVEN FOR A DOG! First time there. Ask if they had time for my son and was told yes. No time frame was given but the barber was reminded by another that we were waiting and it's already been an hour. He counted 2 before getting us including the current cut. His two sons walk in and we were bumped again. I walked into a shop 12yrs ago only one barber in the shop looked up and offered to cut my sons hair. He was two and although he slept his entire time in the chair , Mike took the time to do it. Mike greets you and makes you feel comfortable when you walk in offering water or donuts. The shop is very clean and laid back with entertainment like TV's all over the place. As far as haircuts go I don't know anybody that is a better barber then Mike. He's a professional barber knows what he's doing and has knowledge on how to keep your hair and skin in good condition. Mike is the bomb.com. No really.... I have been through a few different barbers for my son and always ended up changing for various reasons. And then somebody told me about Mike. I liked Mike from the beginning because he's quick and doesn't make me wait when I schedule appointments. He knows I have no time or patience and he works accordingly. One time I asked him why he was spending so much time on another customers haircut and he said, "because we chill and talk.... I am just quick with you because I know you want to get out of here." I thought was pretty cool of him. Even when I am making him rush, my son's haircuts come out flawless. Mike has a lot of experience and does a good job.... His customers know this because he always has somebody in the chair. He is personable, easy to talk to and an all around good guy. He is good with the kids too and makes sure to always have doughnuts for them on the weekends. Although I don't love driving to Vacaville to get my son's haircut, I will continue to do so and would probably follow Mike anywhere. Check him out! read more
