I have had torn cartilage in my hip and bursitis in both hips along with low back pain. Constant pain is the norm for me. I typically don't say a lot about it because I have to keep going regardless. When Logan finished the massage, that was the first time in YEARS that I've stood up without pain. When I lifted my leg to put my shoe on, I could actually put my foot on top of the other knee to tie my shoe....pain free!!!
