I really appreciate that. Besides being extremely knowledgeable and staying educated in her field, Laura exudes a warmth and kindness that makes you feel like old friends. She gives awesome hugs and I always, always feel better as I walk out her door - my skin is smoother and calmer and emotionally I feel lighter and more positive. When you walk in, it immediately smells amazing (duh). The receptionists are always super nice and show you to the locker room. It has robes, towels, lockers, bathrooms, and showers. There isn't anything special in the locker room, which is kind of a bummer because most luxury spas I have been to have a steam room, sauna, hot tub, or all of the above, to enjoy while you wait. There is a quiet room you can wait in with tea, water, and snacks but it is hard to spend a lot of time here. I think they have hot tubs you can book ahead of time but I am not sure if this costs extra. They recently added saunas but you do have to pay for those. I have had different services done here. I had a mani pedi and it was wonderful. I really enjoyed the one on one relaxing experience. I have done a couples and single massage here before and both of those were awesome and the rooms were super clean and beautiful. I highly recommend this place!

I got there early to use the jacuzzis. The front desk person showed me around and I went to the locker room to change. The jacuzzis were relaxing. I spent about a half hour there and then went to the massage waiting room. My massage felt so good and I was so relaxed upon leaving. I had a great experience!
