She has her back turned when I walk in, shifts so I can see her profile, and then continues to ignore me. I gave her a solid 2 minutes, and then I walked back out the door. There had been someone sitting on the couch when I walked in, and they walked out about a minute after I did. If you want business, you need to put someone at the front of the shop that is friendly and welcoming, not someone cold and uninviting. Your receptionist is the face of your business and the first person your customers see.

From administration, check in/out and my doctor all made me feel at home and seemed genuinely interested in my wellbeing. I highly recommend this family practice.
