Zac and Chonna are absolutely the best and most amazing people to go to to have your artwork done. I wanted a portrait of my husband done on my arm for he and I both to see before he passed from cancer. I sent pictures to Zac and he pointed out the one he thought would be best suited for what we wanted and why this particular portrait would be best. Feb 5, 2022 I went in and met with Zac and Chonna both and they went over the process with me and what all it would entail before we got started. Chonna was there asking me questions about my husband and myself and making me feel totally at ease that I had chosen the right person to accomplish exactly what I wanted. When I left that night I could not have been more pleased with the artwork which Zac had done for me and my husband was just as pleased and in awe as I was- the likeness to the portrait we had selected was PERFECT!!! Over the past six months, I've had 11 tattoos done at Infamous Ink and all of them were done by Glitch. I moved here from Austin, so my tattoo expectations were already high, but Infamous - and Glitch, specifically - absolutely blew those out of the water. I've done all kinds of tattoos with her, from a small black X that isn't even one square inch to a full-color, multi-session entire calf piece. Every one of my tattoos with her has turned out great and been such a tremendous experience. Glitch is not just an absurdly talented artist, but she is also so kind and really fun to talk to! When I got my knuckle tattoo, she triple-checked that it would not interfere with my career choice before she did it. When I'm thinking of getting new ink I research A LOT! Since I don't live somewhere you can find good artists, I usually look for places when I travel; that being said, I like to reach out to places I'm interested in via Facebook or email. Infamous Ink impressed me because they actually took the time to respond and give me the info I needed to make my choice. I went on a weekend about a month ago and loved my experience! It was an extremely busy Saturday, so I did have to wait quite a while as a walk in, but it was definitely worth it. I got exactly what I wanted (it was like they read my mind) and the price was very fair. I don't remember/didn't pay attention to the name of the guy that did my tattoo, so I can't help there. All in all, if I find myself back in the Waco area I will be getting new ink again!! read more

The best place to get a piercing done hands down. My roommate and I came in because we both wanted our second earlobe piercing. We had Iris and she was so sweet and really knew what she was doing. I didn't have to worry about anything not being sterile. Everything was pre-packaged and she changed gloves multiple times. This was so much better than my first piercing experience (which was at another place in another city). Iris is the best. She was quick and gentle while piercing, so there was only a split second of pain and zero tenderness afterward. If you ever want to get a piercing or a tattoo, come here. What a weird dude Lefty is. I just wanted a tattoo. Paid $800 for a very nice tattoo. I wanted the other half done and spent months being ghosted for a unknown reason. I went to Star Ink, had a great experience, and left a review about all this. Lefty contacted me, accused me of sitting outside the shop, something about I said something offensive to him, and demanded I remove my review. Now he has made a fake review in my name. read more

I got my conch pierced here a few months ago, and I should have known something was wrong when Matt pierced it with a curved barbell. I came back this weekend to get my jewelry changed because I've developed an irrational bump, and the piercer told me that I have a keloid (which I don't), and that I should put tea tree oil on it (which is widely discouraged). I am very disappointed and will be going to Austin next time. read more

Went in for a piercing today. Customer service was amazing and extremely convenient and fast especially during covid. Tori did an amazing job with my piercing 100/10 would highly recommend. Barely felt any pain and she was quick. She definitely knew what she was doing. She explained everything very well and even gave information for following up. Hunter is by far the best artist I have worked with so far. He has an amazing personality and is such a mellow soul. We talked the entire time he did my memorial piece and he put a lot of effort into it. I'm happy i was able to talk to him before hand to tell him how important this piece was to me. The people here are awesome. I stopped by to grab some clear spacers for my daughter's nose and I didn't have any cash on me. The amount I needed to pay was too low to use my debit card so they just let me have them. I've also gotten a tattoo there and they were very nice and professional. The shop is really clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed. My tattoos have come out looking gorgeous!
