I came to this place by recommendation. Apparently, this place is booked Saturdays because of a…read more30-minute Brazilian traditional show piece. It is also above a famous theater, which I had no idea existed (well I am not a local).
As a Brazilian restaurant you get the option of a buffet style dinner including:
- Salat bar
- Vegetables (beans, Brokkoli, peppers, mushrooms)
- Rice
- French fries
- Meat: lamb, pork sausage, ribs, chicken, bacon-filled chicken, ham
- desert
- backed pineapple
Food rating:
The food was presented kebabs style. The beef came in small overcooked pieces, so dry I almost chocked. The same applies for the chicken, Brokkoli, beans. There was no steak. The kebab rotation was as if they tried to push fillers like rice or French fries to conserve the meat. Overall, the food was underwhelming and too expensive for the quality.
I recommend to order a la carte instead, which is pretty much same price 30 euro per steak cooked as per your liking.
People:
The people are nice and polite. It was very hot and I did not want to peel off and sit in an undershirt? So I fanned air in my face to cool off. A waitress noticed and opened the window for me near by, which thought was thoughtful. The dance was interesting and clearly the highlight.
Overall:
I will not return other than for a theater show and perhaps a drink. :-(
