My wife and I are both self employed and worked from home last year until our son was born. Needing extra space, we stretched our budget to join the Midtown Industrious location because it was convenient to our home and met all our needs including access to a newly renovated gym in the building that was the highlight of our tour. Fast forward 5 months into our year long contract and access to the gym has been revoked unless we pay an additional $100 per month. Hannah Mostellar, the General Manager, has refused to honor their commitment, is unwilling to compromise on my monthly rate, and will not terminate our lease early so that we can find an alternative space. Instead she referenced my contract stating that services may be removed at any time at Industrious' sole discretion. Don't be fooled by the "extra amenities" as they can be stripped from you without warning or compromise. The only services they are contractually required to provide are printer services and internet. It's a shame that an organization that was recently acquired by a massive, publicly traded organization (CBRE), is unwilling to do right by small business owners. Look elsewhere if you are a small business owner who values commitment and compromise from your business partners. read more

Very nice decor bit exceedingly expensive and very petty. Was charged a few hundred dollars for using an empty conference room. And they didnt have the decency to stick their head in to tell me they were doing that. Very deceitful. Happily switch to a space that's 20% less nice but less than half the cost. I had the pleasure of working out of the Industrious Atlanta PCM office for a few days last week whilst traveling. First I'll just give a quick shout out to Ponce City Market as a whole - this is an absolutely incredible location. I feel like I could live, eat, work and hang out here 7 days a week. The entire first floor is retail and mouth-watering food (separate reviews to come on those recommendations). The highlights from Industrious (similar to some of the other locations I've seen) were certainly the community, hospitality, and design of the space. It's very similar to walking into a posh hotel in the city. Lexi, Emily, Jacklyn and Dina, the community manager and associates immediately made me feel welcome and at home. It was so calm and peaceful in there - I didn't want to leave! There was breakfast, locally roasted coffee and afternoon snacks every day. It was also national donut day while I was there and there was QUITE a spread - I had three donuts #noregrets. They also had a pop up cold brew coffee tasting by Thrive Coffee and a wine and cheese happy hour. Apparently, these type of things happen all the time according to the other members. People were friendly, energetic and really seemed happy to go to work, which is not something you see very often! A++ read more

I work in Pivotal Labs, and our offices are a part of Industrious' co-working space. Our office is separated from the rest of Industrious, but Industrious holds our lease and manages our facilities and such, and my co-workers and I have access to all of Industrious' open spaces (and snacks). My husband, too, rents a dedicated desk, so I get to experience Industrious from both sides. The Ponce City Market location is excellent. The atmosphere is professional, clean, and intentional. The style of the space is beautiful and interesting. There are often fresh flowers at the reception desks and in the kitchen areas. There are rent-able offices avaialble, open office available for meetings of tenants, open coworking spaces, areas just for dedicated desks, and 1-person "phone booth" rooms tenants can use for a private call. Other amenities include a mother's room for nursing, a kitchen space with dish washers, microwaves, and lots of snacks, pastries, coffee, loose leaf tea, fresh fruit, infused water, and healthy bars. The spread available to tenants really is impressive. Most of the walls between rented offices are glass, which allows the natural light to come into the entire office space and keep the place feeling energized. Industrious has weekly happy hours and other events. Tenants can take advantage of the PCM discounts in the restaurants and shops below. There is also parking available ($150/month), though I'm not sure how many spaces would be free at this time. The staff is quick to help out with any issues or questions, the space is beautiful, and if you like, you can also use your membership to work at any other Industrious location (there are 5 in Atlanta as of Feb 2018). I only have good things to say about Industrious. Highly recommend! read more

I moved my company to Industrious 4 months ago and this is is the BEST co-working space I've ever worked in by a long shot- my expectations are exceeded every day! This is truly a luxury co-working space with all the high end office amenities you could ask for (and some you didn't even realize you needed ..see: nap room). Every client I've brought in hear has said the same thing "I wish I worked here". What sets Industrious PCM apart: 1. Luxury Office Space- The space itself reminds me of what you see on shows like Silicon Valley- tall ceilings, high end finishes, top of the line appliance in the shared kitchen and well appointed (all glassed in) private offices. There are beautiful meeting rooms, private phones rooms, a nap room, and plenty of couches in the social areas. Clients are always impressed with the space. 2. I love the mix of social space and private office space. I have a company of 6 and we fit VERY comfortably in a 6 person space. The offices are pretty noise-proof and the ceilings are coated with a sound deadening finish. 3. Amenities- yes, there is free coffee (and I check the roast dates, everything is always roasted within 2 weeks and ground fresh at the space). At least 2 happy hours a week with beer/wine and snacks and a weekly special event-- we've had everything from free chair massages, free head shots, yogurt parfait bar, breakfast and mimosas...I could go on... 4. The Staff! There are 2 community managers and an office manager here. If we have any little issue or request, we can put in a request and we see our matters tended to in minutes. And the community managers are just really cool and truly do create a sense of community. 5. Location Location Location - Inside of Ponce City Market- what more can you ask for? TLDR: Nicest office space in ATL, moving my company here has been a major perk for my entire team and great for our business and growth. read more

I have been working out of Industrious PCM for almost a year now and would not mind staying much longer. The space is well-appointed and the staff are like good friends who also happen to get things done for you at work. Community and private spaces, weekly happy hours, and that delicious fresh fruit water! Tons of special touches and themed goodies makes work life pretty sweet. Industrious PCM is by far one of the best places to rent office space in Atlanta. Aside from the perks like breakfast, snacks and happy hours, the community environment was my favorite. Being able to interact with both floors was a great way to meet new people and learn about their business!
