Was mis-sold a product, completely unaware of an expiration date after buying 60 minutes and using none of them due to my busy lifestyle. I then contacted Head Office and was met by unapologetic rude advisors who don't seem to understand that customer service is PARAMOUNT to a business. They refused to honour the 60 minutes, nor refund them because they had "merchandise", however I was sold said "promotion" without any information other than it being 60 minutes. I then responded saying I felt I was mis-sold and that I'd be grateful for either a refund or honouring what I had spent my money on. I then received an email which wasn't meant for me!!!!!! It was one Head Office advisor asking another Head Officer advisor if she should IGNORE me?!! What kind of service is that? I've worked high up within the customer service network for a long time and this has disgusted me. I didn't even receive an apology for this error email. just another snotty response saying that they will not be reinstating my minutes. My company would bend over backwards for customers, being the sole reason for being in business.
