Unfortunately, I did not reach the deep theta state required for a valid QHHT session. Rather than confirming my hypnotic depth, I was encouraged to say whatever came to mind about what I "saw," which led to responses that did not feel genuine. Prior to the session, I had explained that my main purpose was healing and that I have difficulty with guided meditation. Knowing this, I expected more care in assessing whether the session was actually working. Lori stayed focused on her QHHT script. No healing occurred, even though I stated some healing would, the overall experience did not feel legitimate to me.
