The person at the counter was helping another customer and said someone would be right with me, and sure enough a woman emerged from the back immediately to ask how she could help me. I asked if they would be able to help size my watch band, and she took a look at the watch, we discussed the fit, decided how many links needed to be removed, and handed to a man in the back who took care of it immediately. I was in the store no more than 8 minutes or so. I browsed while the watch was seen to, and when they handed it back with the extra links in a small bag, it fit perfectly. The other gentleman they were attending to was buying a piece of jewelry and was having trouble with his credit card. They were kind, professional, and accommodating. The store was clean and well-lit, with jewelry for a wide array of tastes and prices. I was very pleased with the experience and will return should I need a special gift for someone.
