If my review is seen as questionable or being flagged by management I can happily post the pictures I have of all specific references minus the noise obviously... Original and still accurate review from 2-7-13: Not very impressed. The apartments are pretty out dated. The one I live in has cut marks all over the countertops, the disposal never worked, the carpet has stains and the bathroom floor sags quite a bit near the tub. I was assured it was rare to hear other tenants while in my apartment but I constantly here others whether it be their music, arguments, their dogs running/barking or smelling their cigarette smoke in my apartment. Since I've lived here (5 months) the police have been called out four times to my building or a surrounding buildings for a fight either in an apartment or in the parking lot. Given the cheapest apartment here is $689/month + utilities (as of the date of this review) I feel like I shouldn't have to deal with all the inconveniences. On the flipside of that all the staff and extremely friendly and approachable. All and all I think it's an apt building that either needs a huge facelift and stricter rules or a lower rent rate.

They over charged me for every little thing they could imagine. My water bill was "lost" for the last nine months I lived there. The noise is awful, you can hear everything from every apartment around you, including things you especially don't want to hear. The hallways constantly stunk, even though they had a "cleaning lady". And it accepts section 8, so it's very classless. I would not recommend anyone live here.
