Property management just wants their money and does not care about tenants, with as many excuses to avoid doing decent work for their people as can be imagined. Plz avoid the mistake I made in being tricked into believing this was a decent place to live. It was once a low-income property and is still being run as one.

They fail to communicate with tenants. They have in the lease a 1 car per unit parking ispot in…read morefront of the building policy and fail to uphold or enforce said policy. Yet they will bitch moan and groan if you have someone staying with you for a short period of time or a broken down appliance on back porch. They will tell you they refuse to renew lease but not a reason as to why. They advertised rent was $900 amonth with a $200 deposit then turned around and said nope its $1400 deposit plus $1400 rent. $2800 already in the hole and late in payments due to their advertisement and failure to communicate properly. Moved in the toilet was broken. Had issues with ants. There is still mold under the sink. They claim they've fixed these issues and yet they never to show to fix them.
