I love this campus! It's a smaller version of the main campus, but you still get that college feel. The campus itself is very safe. It's right off the highway, so if you wanted to go to local popular food chains you can since most of them are off the highway. The food on campus could be better (like a 3.5/5) but most universities don't have quality food anyways so I don't hold that against them. The professors are great! Some are more challenging than others, but they do want you to succeed. They're always available to help when you ask during office hours. There are clubs and student organizations on campus, but you do have to be aware of them. However, the campus does offer what they call "welcome week" during the first week of classes. There you are exposed to all the different clubs and organizations on campus. They have really great (but also really competitive) health/medical programs. Which makes sense because medical sciences are IU's thing. Pricing (tuition, fees, books and supplies, etc) can be a bit expensive. However, compared to other institutions, it's MUCH cheaper. Overall, it's a good school! They've really come far over the past few years. They have a brand new building and currently are renovating the library and outdoor area, so the campus looks much nicer. I'm going into my sophomore year and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for my IU undergraduate degree. I know every person has a different college experience, but my time here at IU Northwest is something that I wouldn't trade for anywhere else! read more
