BEWARE, unless you're only coming by for cigarettes and cigars, not sure how the cracked out lady can scam you with those pre sealed products..... I have been to this shop a handful of times over the past months, and the lady, similarly described in previous reviews as a meth user, was actually decently behaved and respectful to me, as I'm a pretty fair guy to anyone. I got a bowl piece the other day, and to no avail... IT HAS NO HOLE IN IT FOR EVEN AIR TO PASS. I call in today, and I'm yelled at that because the stores phone systems are awful and making a ringing noise, and I am hurting her ears and "I'M NOT WELCOME TO EVER CALL IN AGAIN I have a really good job, dealing with some of the largest customers on the planet, so I don't understand where the disconnect may have been, but it's safe to say someone may have over partied last night with the 10 bucks I'll never see again due to a bowl piece with NO HOLE !!! And, it's not worth me going back to see another one of this tweakers episodes, as you can view below within her 15 negative 2.5 star average review section. I came here back in December 2018 to purchase some cigars. I explained to the lady who was working at the time that this would be my first time smoking any cigar and asked for help. She pointed out to me the collection and explained to me in great detail the different cigars and let me know about the taste and everything. The price is pretty reasonable especially on the Cuban round Maduros. Final thoughts, if you come in with a good attitude and appreciation for their store you will get good results. Do NOT go into the business unless you like to be ridiculed and bitched at. I went in to get a USB charger for my vape. She said she was out but would be in later. I asked her if she knew where I could get one and she said no she was the only place in town. Unfortunately my husband went back the next day to buy for me and was sold exactly what I had but the USB charger. (She also told him I was a bitch.) next call me that to my face you meth head. Not the type with cord for phones. The screw on vape and the plug in the usb outlet. She sold him the usb charger for phones that I can. It at any gas station on any corner. Hubby took back today. We have a weekend house on the strip since 92' this place has always been my go to for things. I still stop and buy a carton for the wife befor coming back home to crappy Ca every now and then. Much cheaper to buy there instead of Ca. Never had an issue, the woman who I'm assuming is the owner? is always friendly. Treat someone with respect and you get it in return. With a lot of stores not wanting cash payments because of the supposedly there is a change shortage I don't carry cash but this damn place charges you extra to use your card so your damned if you do and damned if you don't. My husband and I relocated to this area last year. My husband just called this store to check on cig prices, and he never changed his cell number from our old area code. A strange lady answered the phone and said, "I see you're calling from out of town", gave the price, laughed and said, "I hope you got what you wanted" and rudely hung up on him. My mothers husband which is 70 years old stopped by to pick up a carton of cigs but asked if they could exchange 1 sealed pack for another while buying other cartons. She said no that it was against "Indian law". He asked what kind of law is that? With a smirk on his face. My mother, 66 years old and hard of hearing (who works hard and is very intelligent), worked here and was verbally abused by him. He went as far as calling her a retard. She quit and he said much more but of course my Mom couldn't hear it behind her back. NOT NICE. Entitled. No matter who you are you have no right to treat people this way. Good location, but the customer service is intolerable. Prices are outrageous. Stocking is low. Would not recommend coming back.

They charge fifty or seventy five cents to pay with a debit card so there's not really a deal here unless you pay with cash. Open inconvenient hours with only one or two unfriendly people working. You have to wait 15 to 45 minutes in line just to pick up a pack of cigarettes. I suggest you bypass this place and keep driving down Riverside to the 76 Gas Station, Woody's or Circle K to pick up a pack of smokes. read more

This place is always crowded for they have good prices I have never found them rude in any way. Customer service is good and I have been shopping here for years now. The owner is always helpful and will answer any question you may have on any product. I find it funny that some people have no clue on business they charge to use debit card because the bank charges them . the smokes are much cheaper then any where else 55 for a carton of Marlboro is cheap. read more

Do not buy your tobacco here. They are taking the rolling papers out of natural American Spirit organic roll-your-own tobacco and placing a sticker over the part of the pouch that says 50 Rolling Papers inside. When I called to discuss this matter with the business the woman who answered the phone was very rude to me and told me that I was a liar. I have called the American Spirit distribution centers and they have confirmed that rolling papers should be and are included in all of their roll-your-own tobacco products. She said because I worked for another business she couldn't disclose that information with me...OK i don"t know how that could compromise her business but whatever. She then proceeds to tell me my smoke shop isn't aloud to sell name brand cigs which is false and i stated this to her she kept arguing and even said we had been sued on the matter again false. i never was rude to the woman just looking for a bit of info she ended the convo by telling me that she had a business to run and wasn't going to argue with me. Horrible staff and ownership/management! ZERO customer service!!!! I had went to this shop for about 2 weeks (about every other day or so) until I found their customer service to be completely unprofessional and absolutely unacceptable. First, I had asked for a specific cigar that they seemed to be out of at the moment and one of the staff said they would check for me. After asking an employee there if it was alright for me to look at some of the cigars in the humidor, I was told this wasn't an issue. After asking her to grab 2 different cigars, to which she grabbed the wrong ones several times, she asked me to just show her. At this time, I reached into the humidor and picked out the 2 cigars I was referring to. At this time, the owner/manager approached and abruptly told me that "You can't be doing that, putting your hands in our humidor like that!" After explaining the circumstance, she proceeded to tell me that my behavior was unacceptable. When I asked for clarification I was told that I was a rude customer for asking so many questions about cigars and I was wasting her staff's time. At this moment I was shocked by her response. She insisted that if I wanted a cigar, I was to ask the staff for it and they would bring it to the register for me. She said I wasn't allowed to examine the construction, or touch/feel/smell the cigars before purchasing them. I informed her that if anyone is paying $8.00 for a cigar, they will probably want to make sure it meets their standards before purchasing. She responded with, "Well if you can't afford an $8.00 cigar, then you probably shouldn't be shopping here." She said that when they open their humidors for me, they are wasting their "cold air and humidity" and that if I were to touch them and ask for another, that my "fingers would impart mold" into their humidor and cigars. (keep in mind most cigars are wrapped in cellophane for protective reasons) This business is anything but a reputable tobacconist! Cigar smoking and shopping is a very visual, aromatic, and tactile experience. Most tobacconists encourage discussion, questions, and education when related to tobacco and cigar brands. NOT THIS PLACE! She then persisted to say that I was being rude and wanted to then refuse service to me and suggested I take my business elsewhere. (Keep in mind, nothing in their store states anything about this absurd "No Touch/Look/Smell" policy) (Also note, she never responded to my original question about the certain cigar that seemed to be out of stock) As for myself, I have been to literally dozens of cigar shops, lounges, and bars. I have even previously managed a cigar bar for almost 2 years. I am very knowledgeable with not only cigars but also how cigar shops should be operated and guests should be treated. This place is seriously in need of a 180 turn around. To insult your customers and treat them like a nuisance for asking questions and looking at your product is completely unacceptable! Do yourself a huge favor and find a reputable tobacconist and support them if they encourage your growth in education on the subject and make time to assist you, rather than insist these behaviors are "not allowed" and then be insulted and called "rude" for doing so. read more
