Friendly little family-owned Indian restaurant in the Northern suburbs near Berlin. I was actually surprised to find an Indian restaurant in this area as the only foreign food you can find around is Vietnamese noodles.
We were the only patrons at lunch time the day before Christmas, and given the slow season they did a great job serving us a variety of foods from the menu.
The paneer, lamb meat, and lentil soup that I've tried tasted well (maybe a little bit too much salt), and the naan bread plus dip was warm and fluffy. Prices are on the upper end for the area - but the food justifies it.
The restaurant is centrally located and it's only a short walk to the historic city wall. read more
