The rules were straight forward but you know kids will be kids. The lady was patrolling the floor every 5 to 10 minutes sometimes yelling at the kids across the room telling them not to do something or be in a certain area. When she was behind the desk she was watching the cameras. I get it to an extent, but when you're walking around giving everyone bad looks and making everyone feel uncomfortable, and they were, that's not a good thing. To put the icing on the cake, I was trying to be a good tenant and asked were she would like me to throw away the trash and clean up after ourselves. We had about 15 to 20 minutes left on our time slot. Well, as everyone is saying their goodbyes, some still in the play area, she starts turning out the lights! Basically we were being kicked out. At least that's what it felt like. We've used Sunny Day Inflatables and they were much better and made us feel welcome and gave us all of our time plus time after. Overall, terrible service. We did not feel welcome. Got rushed out before our time was up and everyone was very uncomfortable by the ladys presence. Will never use Gym Stars again and I promise no one that was there will either.
