I have been trying to get a job with the Federal Government on my own for a while and looked forward to the Ready To Go Resumes' expertise and insight. After paying for the Federal Resume package on April 17th, I received an email from a representative that they would begin working on my account - I even received an email 48 hours later giving me an update on my file status. At that point in the partnership, I was super impressed. Unfortunately, that is where it stopped. According to the organization's website, their service comes with a free 30-minute consultation, 7-10 day turnaround for a detailed resume, and a cover letter within 24 hours. After the initial update, the organization went completely silent. By day 9, I was convinced I had been tricked and had lost $229 as the representatives were dreadfully slow in responding and the organization did not engage in ANY of the services they claimed on their website. Instead, I - the customer - had to be the one to initiate and maintain contact with them about the updates of my account and money. It was so weird that I had to be the one to call, leave voice messages, and reach out to them in order to get some kind of response. Eventually, 2 weeks after the advertised timeframe - the organization stated they would refund my money (because of some technical error they were experiencing) and that they would provide the Federal Resume service for free as a sign of goodwill and to gain back trust. Luckily, they did refund the money, but that is ALL they did. I have yet to receive ANYTHING from them! I have no confidence in the services of Ready To Go Resumes. I am sorely disappointed in this organization as I truly believed in their claims, but it was all misleading. Their customer service is the bare minimum - as I had to consistently reach out to them - and they falsely advertised services that they cannot provide - no phone consultation, no cover letter, no resume, no goodwill. I am surprised they have BBB accreditation as my experience does not hold to the BBB standards. I encourage future and potential clients to look elsewhere for resume services as my experience with Ready To Go Resumes has been a hassle and a waste of my time during my job search. False claims. Poor customer services. Huge waste of time for job seekers.

We recently moved from Virginia to Florida and we retained Triple Services based upon their outstanding past performance and good council. Additionally, they will remain our tax, accounting, and business services for years to come. My wife has a small business and prior to moving to Florida we also have a Virginia based corporation. We used Triple Services for our business and corporate tax services, along with using them for our personal tax services, and have never had a problem. Likewise, over the years we referred friends and business associates to Triple Services and those that use Triple Services now, based on our referral, are pleased with the services and the pricing for those services. This is a company that is fair, honest, to the point, and pays attention to detail. 99 medialab was pre-paid for product and service that was not delivered as promised. I did not…read morediscover 99medialab had a poor Better Business Bureau rating until after I had paid them so I was at their mercy. I retained their services to build 1 website that required low to no maintenance beyond routine updates which we would be able to do ourselves in-house. The entire purpose of retaining their service was have them build a website that was basic, easy to update, easy for me to modify, and of course mobile and desktop compatible. As of recently, mobile is no longer working. Early on I became concerned when I discovered several misspellings in product description text. If you have an e-commerce site, you are probably already aware that misspellings drastically reduce sales conversions. They alkso misspelled file names. This has made it hard to correct their errors in coding as well. After they did the website for me, my client told me that sales are at about 20% of what they previously were. That is not a typo, we have seen a 80% reduction in sales. I paid 99medialab separately for "on-site seo". Upon completion, The owner "Jay" (which is an alias) expressed to me that naming image file names with descriptive keywords was NOT important to seo. Really ? This is certainly not accurate at all. If you know even basic seo, you are aware that naming your media file names with descriptive keywords is crucial to being found in google images. After repeated attempts I requested a refund or resolution. At this point the owner "Jay" literally threatened to leave me bad feedback ? That's right - he is going to leave me negative feedback. He is going to leave his client negative feedback. If anyone else has had negative experience with them (and I am sure you have) , do not fear his threats. Contact me. I have a resolution.

I do not recommend Sareene Tax and Associates based on our experience…read more We ultimately spent $4,500, including IRS interest and the cost of hiring a new CPA to correct errors in tax work this firm handled for us two years earlier. We filed a complaint with the Virginia Board of Accountancy and were informed that an audit was expected to take place at the end of last year. We have not received any updates on the outcome. We also hired an attorney, at our own expense, to formally present our concerns to Sareene Tax and Associates in an effort to seek reimbursement. They stated that no mistakes were made and have not reimbursed us for any of the expenses we incurred. In our view, the errors were clear, and resolving this situation was both stressful and costly. For these reasons, we cannot recommend this firm.
