Traditional hot pot with choice of broth, vegetables, proteins and more. BEWARE, if you are one of those eaters who do not enjoy customizing your food this place might give you a hard time. You must come with passion to design your perfect combination of broth, vegetables, spiciness and seafood/meet/tofu. Dumplings are delicious! Mushroom filling strongly recommended. All food comes uncooked and must be placed on the pots. Boiling broth cook your vegetables and proteins while the steam cooks your dumplings through the bamboo containers. If you are super hungry, eat a cereal bar or something before coming here. And I like how most of the menu in the wall has pictures. And the sauces are in a small vat so it easy to get as much sauce as you want. Same sauce as Duza miha btw. Maybe it was because of the time of day, but my order was ready in 5 min. If I want some lunch on the run and I'm in the area, I'll come here. Also no fee for food to go. Kinda cool!
