I just got back from studying at Lutèce Langue for two weeks. I worked with Beatrice, Maud,…read moreAlmandine, and for a workshop, with Candy. All of them were wonderful. The director, Eriko, is extremely organized and professional and the school is very well run. They really know what they are doing. The school is beautiful. Everyone is kind and patient, but they also have expectations and standards, which are for the benefit of every student. After a week in a small group setting, they helped me to figure out was best for me, which turned out to be private classes, because I was a bit too impatient with the speed of my class. I do think their classes are wonderful -- very small size, and effectively structured, but I was extremely eager to talk, to use my french, and for that, their private teachers were a better fit. If you want to really improve your french and have some time in Paris, this is a fantastic school. Lots of students are people who live in Paris (most, in my classes), who wanted to improve their french for professional reasons. The school is on a gorgeous street in the 7th. It has no downsides whatsoever. If you go there, you'll be very glad, without any regrets at all.
