We took a cooking class here before getting on a bus to the train station. The staff was very efficient setting up the work stations for a group of 24. They showed us how to prepare 3 courses, an appetizer, main and dessert. The dessert was the best, I'll post pics instead of describing. It was a fun interactive experience and I learned a couple of things like using salt instead of olive oil to reduce fat when cooking on a pan. The salt on the pan keeps the meat from sticking to the pan.
Staff was friendly and entertaining and answered any questions we had.
