Tonya Collins…read more Whenever you go on Zillow there is an option asking if you want to be connected to a realtor. On a whim, I selected this option....not knowing what to expect. Little did I know that I would be connected to THE PERFECT realtor. Tonya listened to my needs, wants, must haves and ran with it. Initially I was looking for a bigger house / property and when those changed she adjusted flawlessly. I found THE perfect house for me and she sealed the deal....not because I had the best offer in a RIDICULOUS bidding war with MULTIPLE other contenders...we got the house because the seller loved my realtor. Tonya was there every single step of the way....even those steps that fell outside her area of responsibility. Her communication style is constant. She would connect with me as soon as she had any new information; to the point where I felt that I had gained a new best friend. Tonya already has new client in my family members when they move to the area. I would refer her to anyone that I know and WISH that I knew her when I sold my previous house. Should you make the decision to pass her up for another realtor, trust me when I say, you will regret it for years to come!!!

When I finally decided to try again I reached out to Maddie and she helped me see exactly how simple it truly was. The process wasn't simple, between finding a home, finding a lender, getting inspections and understanding the ridiculous verbiage used throughout the process it was still very difficult. What made it easy? Maddie and Kaitlin. These two worked harder than anyone could've. They answered every question explain in depth every worry we had throughout the entire process. It truly felt like they too were buying a home with us. They had the expert knowledge in the process as well as the amazing ability to be personable with us throughout the entire ordeal. They are a 100/10. Amazing team and amazing people! Thank you all so much!

We are very pleased with the quality of the construction and everything feels solid and thoughtfully done. We worked closely with Amy to make sure the overall design was the look we wanted and she was committed to helping us all the way. She was great to work with and helped us pick our selections even when we had multiple changes. What really stood out, though, was their follow-up and customer care. We ran into a few design issues during the process and Devin, the VP of Production, addressed each one quickly, professionally, and with a real commitment to making sure we were happy with the final result. That meant a lot because it really made the difference in the overall appearance of the house. We made several changes to the design and they were accommodating to all our needs. Their communication was consistent, and we always felt like our concerns were taken seriously. We have worked with Jackie on any issues that have come up since we closed and she has been very responsive and always follows up and stays on top of things. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience, and we're grateful for how attentive and responsive the team is. We would happily recommend this builder to anyone looking for a well-crafted home and a company that truly stands behind its work.

Performance Review: 5-Star Review: Above and Beyond Service…read more I would like to start of my review by saying my experience with Shenada was one of the best I have ever experienced with a complete stranger that I had never met in person. This was my first home buying experience, but it had a twist to it! I am stationed in Japan with a time zone difference of 14 hours! Shenada made me feel like I was the most important client she had; although, I knew she was working with a few others. She maintained around the clock communication and updates, traveled all over the Fort Bragg, NC area viewing, recording, and provided her own personal opinion about homes I was interested in purchasing for my family of 4. She hand picked lenders, lawyers, and contractors to make my home clean and prepared for my arrival. I am a 10 year experienced service member that would like to thank Shenada Gremillion for all of her hard-work and dedication for my first home buying experience. She is a personable and reliable realtor. I would recommend her 10 out of 10 times for anyone looking for a home in the Fort Bragg, NC area.
